With Marohi Erqi being super expensive and Tidebreaker not being cheap either what are you guys using while saving up currency in the mace version?

Leaving shockwave support out until you get enough currency and using an axe, or just use harvest craft on a rare mace?

Harvest Crafting till saved up for Marohi.

Crafted this one here:

And it works fine (T8 now). Its a 5-Link but im fine with that for now.

loved to start the league with this badboy, though i very loosely used this guide. Hezmana's was crazy cheap and carried me to redmaps on a 5L, also solves all mana problems. Bought a Tidebreaker and lucky-6L-it early on which is great.
Intimidating cry with call to arms, measured fury and escalation notables is great on movement autocast. Just Huge hits which kill the screen (thanks to Herald of Ash overkill).

My fear was, as always with melee, to get a problem with survivability in the lategame. And sadly now this happened. I have to be very cautious with engageing stronger packs or even some bosses because most of the times i get hit before i can hit dem. With 1+ damage mods on the map this is becoming a problem. Now i am getting frustrated.

But sure, i need more life. And i think i will switch out my Herald of Ash (but its sooooo good!) for a flesh and stone to get that blind aura and extra mitigation. Maybe i'll switch ascendancy too - currently i am using unstoppable for clearspeed and QoL, but thats no use if i get wrecked.

Playstyle is really great IF you feel tanky! So i need that back.

Trying to decide between jugg EQ and slayer EQ. Obviously jugg is more tanky and slayer is more dps and move. Any thoughts or suggestions about starting with either?

Based on a bunch of reading over the past 2 days I worry a bit about surviving with slayer which may inhibit leveling past 94 or 95, but not sure on damage with jugg or how slow jugg is vs slayer.

forget slayer, jugg all the way

My lucky craft @day 2 :D
played a few on and off leagues now never really got all the way in to it but loving Ur build a lot but im confused with the whole auras what should i be using and i have noticed i have flesh and stone (with maim) and blood and sand but with pride, war banner and precision im confused as to wat to use i know flesh and stone/blood and sand u swap between the 2 styles but if i have all of them on im down to no mana unless im not supposed to have all of them on, its the only thing im confused as hell about but any help much appreciated
Dumb question: Do we use Blood or Sand stance? I assume it's Blood stance due to the Maim support linked, but maybe I'm wrong.

I died quite a bit yesterday, too, while trying to do T8-T10 maps, mainly because elemental damage was melting me despite being on 75% res. But after getting CWDT + (Vaal) Molten Shell, it got alot better (even with the nerfs).

As for warcrys, Intimidating Cry seems quite breakable (and way better than Seismic after playing both for a while in multiple variations). While Seismic + Intimidating does some nice burst damage, I'm not too happy about the constant interruptions due to cast time. Not fun and not smooth.

My new setup runs Intimidating Cry + Second Wind (you don't get a second activation, but the CD reduction is already good enough) + Increased Duration + Enduring Cry (nice utility and insta heal) in combination with Call to Arms. Thanks to the instant speed, you can mind your own business while spamming your burst damage with a low cooldown. In addition to that, I've skilled into Natural Authority since IC taunts (which is another flat +5% multiplier for your damage).

It's worth noting that IC can give a up to 30% armor penetration buff to yourself, which can last easily 10 seconds with Increased Duration + the Natural Authority nodes. With a CD of 4-5 seconds, it means full uptime in normal cases.

I'm going to look into Measured Fury (and Escalation, to a lesser extend) later. My Jugg needs more life before looking for the final damage nodes. I'll need to do some theorycrafting whether it's worth it or not over other damage nodes, but Measured Fury + insta speed low CD IC sounds fantastic.
