Like the possibility to get "Curse Enemies with Level 10-12 Elemental Weakness on hit" on the gloves. The gloves cost like 1chrom, 1 alch for good rolls. Should be really cheap to get that corruption. Just by porting around you will pretty much hit every enemy with Frenzy. It was working really well even before I had Chain.

And if you are ok with your damage, Temporal Chains on hit instead of Ele Weakness will be a huge defensive buff.

I know he uses Warlords Mark as his one curse, for the leech, but from my calculations, even the 0.4% leech as a boot enchant from cruel lab will already easily get us to our life and mana leech cap, so does the exact same thing as Warlords Mark would do.

Another thing is putting a Pure Talent in and connecting to the Witch and Scion. Scion is two points, 8% max mana and 20% mana regen, both ok for the build and it helps a lot with dex requirements. But the big one is the Witch start. Could do 3 points, 20 int and 25% mana regen. Or 5 points 24% max mana, 55% mana regen and some ES. If we connect it we get 0.5% of max mana regenerated per second. Which is huge, depending on how much max mana we have that can easily be +200 mana regenerated per second.

I will also definitely give MoM a go, the nodes behind it give a huge chunk of mana regen and max mana and with ~1200 mana regenerated per second there should be no problem.


I like pretty much all you said, and went ahead and got myself the ele weakness on hit gloves. I got a question though. The labenchant for the boots is "if you've killed recently" so that wont work against bosses like shaper right?


Shaper and parts of the Guardians are the only bosses it wont work on though. Uber Elder has pretty much constant adds and Atziri is not possible with this build anyway because of the mirror Phase.

And it is not like the build depends on the enchant. It is definitely a huge bonus, but it will still work almost as good without it.

EDIT: Also, will have to try how it feels in endgame, might end up going for a Warlords Mark ring over the ele weakness in the end.

If the Diamond flask with 1000% spell damage is bothering anyone else you can get around it by customizing a jewel in PoB to have the 1000% spell damage on it and switch it with a fevered mind jewel. Then switch the diamond flask for a regular diamond flask. It's not that big a deal but it will stop the 1000% spell damage from being boosted by the flask effectiveness nodes.

Hey, I have been looking at your build and besides the two fevered mind gems do you have anything else to increase your mana cost of skills? Right now with two fevered mind gems I'm at 84 mana cost on a: Frenzy - Faster attacks - GMP - Chain setup.

I just cant figure out how you are able to reach the mana cost of 185 listed in your PoB as I'm waaay off and I'm assuming I'm missing something.

How helpful is Zerphi's for tankability in this build? I have both an Indigon and a Zerphi's and I'm trying to find a build that uses both (or at least see if it's possible).

This build uses a Zerphys. And it is pretty much a requirement for Uber Elder with this build. Op just didnt mention it... But his PoB has it.

And as too how helpful it is: How does 20000-30000 life regenerated per second sound? Pretty helpful right? :D

Haha yeah, I am aware of how awesome Zerphi's is :) I was just wondering if it gets used a lot because everything I have read so far says that it is anti-synergistic to Indigon. I'm glad to hear that's not the case!

One question: what exactly is the righteous fire for? It has a pretty vicious degen especially when Dying Sun isn't in play.

Oh for sure. It adds a lot of damage and for the duration that Zerphy is active you don't notice the degen obviously. So what I did was get the mana cost high enough that mana does not fully regenerate, so Zerphys gets the full ~11 second duration per use and is not cancelled on full mana, pop zerphys, pop RF and get the damage boost. Just remember to bring a flask of dousing against phased bosses like Shaper or Elder, at least if you can't sustain RF without Zerphys.

Nice build per usual sarco. Have you thought about getting rid of body swap? You're only casting 1 VD ball every other attack turn due to Bod swap being in your chain.

Attack 1
Unearth makes 5 corpse

Attack 2
Body swap consumes 1 corpse
VD consumes 3 corpse
Leaving 1 corpse left

Attack 3
Unearth makes 5 corpse
VD consumes 1 corpse left from attack turn 2

Attacks turns 2 and 3 loop leaving a lot of damage on the table since body swap doesnt do much damage. I guess you just like the movement?

I've played a lots of VD and found either 8 APS best with two spells in a wand so Poets run at max potential or just one spell in each @ 4 APS.

If you could get 8 IAS I'd recommend it and add Detonate Dead into VD wand.

Then what happens is VD launches 3 balls every time and 4x a second.

Attack turn 1
Unearth makes 5 corpse.

Attack turn 2
VD Consumes3
Detonate dead consumes 1

Attack turn 3
Unearth makes 5 corpses
Body swap consumes 1 from attack turn 2

Attack turns 2-3 loop at 4x a second leaving no corpses on the table not to mention faster movement.
