Yoke is not that great. Shock already gives 40-50% increased damage taken, and the buff from yoke is additive with that amount. Since there's already a large source of %inc damage taken, the extra 10-20% you get from yoke is less impactful.

If you can't afford choir of the storms, it might be better to opt for an amulet with life + mana + global crit multiplier instead.

Wanna try make fully mf variation, any ideas of improvements?

Personally, i want to remove orb of storm, but dunno what i can use instead.

In your PoB Arc and Ball lightning have 0% Quality. Why is that?
Also, with the changes to Poets Pen we can now use Vaal Arc and cast it which should be an upgrade to the build (strict upside). Would you still go with a 20(21)/0 vaal arc? Or Try to get a 20/23 vaal arc?

Arc quality is useless since we are constantly shocking through high crit chance anyways.

If i were to use vaal arc with this build i would socket it elsewhere with increased duration to make the lucky buff last longer and just use 21/0 arc on the pen.

I tried this build, it's really nice. I really want to take it to endgame (Shaper/Uber Elder).

I have around 13e (Incursion softcore) to spend. What would you suggest? I don't know if I should get better rares (gloves/boots) + the Esh amulet, or focus on getting double-multi jewels everywhere on my tree first.

You missed something in the 3.3 changes :P Wands now have insane corruptions: Power Charge on Crit (5%-7%), Elemental Penetration (8%-10%). One of these Corruptions is allready good but the chance of getting both? Dayum :P

This ring seems to be pretty sick and can be used instead of the rare ring if one can get resists elsewhere. I got a stygian belt instead of darkness enthroned to cover my resist and the damage is even sicker as it basically adds 60% inc dmg. The 10% chance to shock is also very useful and it also has leech and mana. T16 Guardians get obliterated. Here's my gear if anyone is interested:
