I'm still confused about the use of barrage and frenzy, so what's the different in use of both skill?

frenzy for clearing packs and get frenzy charges, barrage for bosses, or at least I use them like that...

Anyone with experience killing Uber Elder?
I've never done the fight before,maybe I just need to git gud, but it seems really hard to me with this build. Kaom's Roots? Grateful for any advice. |

" I can get 40% Evasion with Inpulsa vs 45% with QotF and if flask 55% vs 60%. Not that big of a difference except I get movement speed boost while flasks are on as well with QotF. That being said Acrobatics makes this build super squishy when playing end content. Even with high evasion its very easy to get 1shot by Bosses but clearing maps is super fast. Not sure if my build is on track or not... lvl 76. I'm dying pretty often but mostly because I'm running T10 maps. Pack clearing is super easy but struggling with single target. In PoB I have less than half the damage than the OP's build has.
Current gear: I need to fill out my gem slots, get better abyss stuff and level up + quality my gems... will that double my damage? Am I missing something else? |

" Your resists aren't capped. Your lightning res is only at 41 or so which is bad. Your flasks aren't really the best options with so many life flasks and a mana flask. You might want to fix your resistances, pick up a wise oak and atziri's promise flasks for more damage. |

" I would say the 21/20 ball lightning does a lot. And then the lvls give you more points and maybe some more jevel slots. So it's a lot you can get from some levels and things. |

Why do we only want a 5 link Inpulsa's? I switch between increased accuracy and culling strike for bosses/maps, is there a reason we don't 6 link and just use both?
Also, is anybody using a lighting penetration Vinktar's? It seems like the penetration and leech could be helpful for single target, but the high charges used make it hard to sustain. |
