if i only use barrage and not frenzy for charges, i can socket my barrage setup in gloves ending up with 6 free sockets, any ideas what to do with them? or is it a bad idea?

I also got a pair of those gloves. I had a really difficult time managing the weapon swap and the two attacks (frenzy and barrage). I found myself using barrage almost 100% of the time and because we are not invested in frenzy charge duration I ended up dropping it.

On page 110, I listed what I did to make this build more defensive. I had since dropped Mastermind of Discord for Paragon of Calamity for the 0.5% unconditional life leech, the elemental reflect immunity is also nice. The reason for this is the leech from Berek's Grip is conditional (the enemies must be shocked) before you can leech from them. I think this is why some people found this build to be somewhat sqishy.

The character's name is WarpedPoet if you want to look at the full gears.
Hey,

i write here without big problems. :D

But maybe someone can look over my Gear/Build and say what i can do next.
The clear speed is on point. And the boss dmg is pretty nice too. But only when u stay and spam :D

So to T15 maps its pretty easy and i die only because i don't know the bosses.
But now in T16 i failed first time a map completely.
That means i can't face tank the bosses or spam them down.

Is this a playstyle question or can i face tank/spam the bosses in every tier with other equipment?

So maybe someone can look over my Gear :) Thanks

hmm from what i see u r missing life on most of your jewels in tree, on 1 ring, on boots completely.
also u should maybe try and get evasion based boots/gloves, dunno though how much that matters.
but its gonna be hard facetanking with so much life missing

Agreed.

Your life is only 4164 which is low. You should be closer to 5k. Mana is fine, even a bit high for your current life but right on for 5k life. Your fire and lightning res aren't capped. And lastly, your APS for barrage is too high (according to PoB, although it doesn't look like it should be that high). Even without any Frenzy charges it's over 3.8. Having 3 Frenzy charges puts it over 4. You'll want to lower that to <=3.75 with Frenzy charges (or don't use Frenzy at all).
Someone in my guild who aso plays this build pointed out that he was using a jewel with blind chance so I also bought one with 6% chance to blind on hit. This causes barrage to basically perma blind bosses and helps survivability a lot.

Did shaper deathless yesterday though that fight is not hard if you know the mechanics and are alert.

I'm fairly new to poe, this is my second league..

What is the setup for regular atziri? The reflect phase is killing me.
I managed to kill Uber Elder after 6 attempts! This is my first league ever playing PoE, and this build is ridiculously fun. Thanks to dariidar and everyone in this thread for discussions and advice.

I failed my first two fragment sets after spawning UE learning the fight. I only had about 6.2k EHP then. I spent a lot of my currency on getting more life and mana throughout my gear and jewels, and got up to just over 7k EHP. I ended up using Soul of Ryslatha minor pantheon, which helped a lot at keeping my life flasks available. I used Enfeeble instead of Assassin's Mark for the fight, and linked Ice Golem to CwDT to make up for it. Flame Dash ended up being fairly awkward to use during the fight, and I had trouble switching between Frenzy and Barrage to keep up Frenzy stacks.

After buying 4 more fragment sets, on the last set I died with 1 portal left, but my Ball Lightnings killed UE after I died! The fight has so much going on and Shaper is very difficult to keep track of positioning.

This is the Watcher's Eye I got:

In the phase when she splits into 4 you need to make sure not to hit the one holding the mirror. That reflect will kill you so the AoE of arc is making it impossible to use. Just try using a single target skill or do as i did... I used paragon of calamity (ascendancy) while filling the atlas so I didn't have to worry about any reflect damage. Often when vaaling maps for the objective it gives elemental reflect so I could do almost all map mods. After I did all of the bonus objectives I switched to mastermind of discord to buff damage.

For atziri I saved up all my sets and did them all while still being reflect immune so the fight was literally holding down one button without worrying about anything.

I enjoyed that build very much. Fast and cool.

Yet the single Target DMG does not feel good. Shaper I failed at (close but failed) and the 4 Guardians were a pain in the ass.
Yet Elder (Red) and his gang is easy peasy.

Can someone give any hints on Single Target Dmg?

Heres my Build https://pastebin.com/hrPXgua3
Frankly I don't get the complaints about single target.

I am far from having optimized everything I could, and yet no bosses was particularly hard to kill.
Of course it's not an insta-kill build like Vaal Double Strike or Indigon shenanigans, but I did not feel any boss fight was particularly long. It takes some time, so you have to dodge stuff, and play the game.

So how do you feel your single damage is not enough ? How much time do you take to kill the minotaur or a T15 boss ?
