Where are you getting that "effective" DPS? When in h/o at lvl 92, my Arc says it's only 11k-12k+ (not in PoB) depending on the current conflux. That's without charges or anything shocked. I'm able to clear T16 easily. If you're handling T12 just fine, make the jump to a T13 map and see how it goes.

In Path of Exile the tool tip says about 6k. The 28k came from Path of Building when I use ARC as the attack skill and it list 28k as the DPS. I have no idea which one is right.

Got a question about Soul of Arakaali and the Blood Rage, Immortal Call setup. The OP didn't mention this setup and looking at other poster's character, I don't see anybody else using this.

I was able to free up a gem slot by getting a pair of gloves with both socketed gem supported by Faster Attack, and supported by Accuracy. Here's my gems setup.



Is it worthwhile doing this? I been doing some research on leech rate and leech cap, although I understand it a little bit better, I figure the OP must have a reason for not using it.

Hey guys - currently trying to get the MF setup to work in T16 but struggling with chaos resistance... any way to work around that?

Also - what should we be corrupting in temple?
Is vaal arc effectively better than arc because of the crit?

I think you mean Explosive Trap? Fire Trap can't be used until 12 and you can use Pens by then.

Neither, the ingame tooltips are always more or less wrong (depending on the skill), and Path of Building calculates the DPS as if you were casting arc, which you are not, you are triggering it with poet's pen.

To have the correct arc DPS, you have to look at arc's average damage in Path of Building then multiply it by the attack rate of the skill you use to proc the poet's pen (most likely barrage/frenzy).

I had a lot of time to play during the weekend so I leveled this kind of character to 90 and attempted Shaper for the first time ever (dont know why I didnt do that before) and managed to do it deathless.

If this was built the same way but using arc traps instead, would you still get the huge pack explosions from inpulsa?

Barrage should be used in your main chest setup with LGoH, FA, GMP, etc. Frenzy is basically only used to get charges when you need them.

You can use Vaal Arc instead of regular Arc because of the recent changes.
