Spent the last 5 days trying to get reduced ball lightning speed on my mind of the council only to find out it was disabled.

What enchant should we use instead of this?

Looks like you abandoned the character. No, Cyclopean Coil is not required at all, it was just the cheapest fit. A Stygian Vise with a great jewel will give you more gear flexibility and a Darkness Enthroned with 2 very good jewels will give you a bit more damage and life. But both will cost you much more.

I'm playing a flicker character atm, might come back to this one.

How good is this build with MF? I'm assuming were not able to fight much bosses with the MF Variant? and instead of the rare boots I'm using Gold Wyrm ones. I'm only lvl 81 or so but getting one-shot by most bosses even in t5, I got some of my gem sockets in the passive tree but most of them are resists and some dexterity with some damage since it seems really hard to get enough to level up my gems.

+1 Arc Chain/Arc Damage, Ball Lightning damage, Herald of Thunder Mana reservation, Reduced Lightning Warp Duration (even faster movement). This are all the good Options. I would prefer Arc Chain or Ball Lightning damage.

I have a questtion about these gloves, you do shock mostly all the targets or elder gloves are way better?

Would there be a way to replace Orb of Storms with Lightning Spire Trap?
Or is Orb of Storms the absolute best choice, even for single target?

Has anyone else run into an issue where Lightning Warp skips a cooldown every cast? But can be manually triggered if you click the attack instead of holding down the attack?

An example: This is holding the attack button

This is strategically clicking the attack button every time the spell is off cooldown (ignore the missclicks on timing)

Trying to figure out how to fix this issue and I'm just running into a wall.

Also, ignore the super janky setup, this is just a Standard test character.

lightning warp istelf still has a cooldown unlike arc where you can just spam it as fast as you can cast it. its not skipping its just got a longer cooldown

But it doesn't? I'm able to activate LW on its 0.25 cooldown if I manually click every 0.25 seconds. The only "cooldown" is if your duration isn't low enough, then it won't cast again until you've finished. However, that's not the case for me.
