Joe's Stream.

At the start, I created a witch character, just for the sole purpose of getting a lesser poison gem, which turned out to be a waste of time since you only get one (from the Mercy Mission quest completion). I thought you could buy them afterwards. Apparently not. :\

After that, just worked on my duelist, and got him to level 20 and decided to help Alira and kill the other 2 bandit lords. Next up will be that Chamber of Sins quest tomorrow.

Off-stream this morning I piddled around on my duelist, and got him from level 20 to 22 and got as far in the questline as the part where you have to go to the Weaver's Chambers.

A not-as-good session this evening, getting as far as the Northern Forest and then spending as much time retreating as I am fighting, due to some of my gear still being Act I white gear. :\ So the rest of the session was spent trying to get my gear upgraded, with little success. >.<

So for tomorrow it's pretty much random what I'll be doing. From farming with my marauder to maybe even creating another shadow character and giving it another go, who knows. We'll see come tomorrow.

Earlier this morning after work I tried streaming on Youtube. Didn't go so well. About an hour in I started nodding off and had to abort. So much for that. :\

I got him to level 11 and made it as far as the lower prison (Act I). I also tried using traps this time around, with okay results (great for slow moving monsters, not so much for fast-movers). And today is the last day of my work week, so for my next streams I'll be able to be on longer, barring incident.

Well, continued on my shadow until the game server decided to crash. Luckily it "only" lasted about a minute and I was still alive afterwards. Otherwise, I just finished up Act I and am now starting on Act II.

And on my next session, in all likelihood I'll probably keep plugging away on Act II, assuming I don't decide to play something else. So far, so good. My shadow is still alive, maybe making it past Dominus this time,. . . . aha aha aHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

One of my rare morning streams of this game. I just ran around on my marauder and did some Western Forest runs, trying to get some gear for my shadow, since he's been having some bad RNG. Found some real doozies though:



I might create a Templar now! (still not a fan of the witch class though. I'm not a big caster person)

Just did some farming on my marauder today, and found this: Wow!



Too bad it's basically unusable on my shadow until he gets enough intelligence (he "loses" a couple pieces of equipment if he does so), and it also assumes that when it says projectiles, it refers to any projectile, and not just those that are shot out of bows. (and not a fan of giving it to my duelist since he's a melee guy and I'm in not in the mood to do a complete changeover into a Frost Blades build)

I also did some running around on my shadow as well. I tried out the Reave gem and now I might be playing my shadow more now. Good ability.

Made some good progress on my shadow today, reaching level 22 and finally being able to equip my Karui's Ward item:



So now he's sitting pretty, with some decent melee (Viper's Strike and Reave), some good ranged attacks (Contagion + new & improved Essence Drain), and fire damage and reconnaissance (Volatile Dead). Lookin' good!

Made some good progress today, getting my shadow to level 25 and making it to the home stretch of Act II (ascending the Ancient Pyramid). And tomorrow I hope to finish off the rest of the act.

Good session today. I got past Act II and am now working on Act III, where you have to fight Gravicious - gonna be a tough fight, as always - and go meet Lady Dialla as well.

Tomorrow, more of the same. Going to meet Lady Dialla, and hoping I don't die to General Gravicious (dangerous fight, even with capped fire resistance). Otherwise, some smooth sailing so far.
