It's legit and like I said, its based on my current character just doing edits to match your gem quality/level. I am not using MoM at all as I didn't think of that when making this character so my chest is Dendrobate and I am relying on my 58% dodge for survival in combination with the blind. Switching that out results in a massive res loss that i would have to get from the tree (around 4-6 points). I can't tank hits at all but the above in combination with king of the kill results in that being extremely rare.
Here's the pastebin for my character as it is atm without edits since I didn't save what I did but the edits I made were - Disabled my unset ring (I just use that for leveling a gem but PoB counts its stats). Using chest for the barrage 6l so it benefits from the level 10 added chaos damage upping my 5l to a 6l, 6th link was Swift affliction +20% quality on gems in that 6l to match yours. Making added chaos damage a corrupt level 21. Swapped Witchfire Brew for Atziri promise Took a little more life/crit on the tree to make my level match yours. then for second screenshot I just added your head links with your neck as opposed to my gloomfang. your pastebin shows a poison dps of ~1000 with 7 frenzy charges and is nowhere near the pictures you posted.
how can you call it legit if you cannot provide a source for it? i'm really curious about your ideas for phys/chaos damage and i find it very interesting, but my experience in this game tells me that it cannot be possible to reach the same poison dps with phys/chaos except you go wild on PoB. honestly i can't see that coming close to ele dmg. how do you sustain 7 frenzy charges in bossfights as assassin (shaper/guardians)? how do you have 100% chance to hit with 1000 accuracy rating? do you have shaper activated in PoB at all? even with a lvl 21 added chaos damage gem and good rolls for phys/chaos on jewels, you cannot reach the same amount of base damage to scale the poison with compared to elemental rolls and flat dmg on gear/auras. " You are firstly not setting up the config for the barrage correctly. My DPS on shaper/guardian currently with my exact gear is this -  Secondly if you do the edits I told you I made to get you them screenshots, you'll get exactly what is in them screenshots. I have no idea how to make the money I need in this game to get my character geared to your level but if I was the same level/gear quality as you, that is what I would be capable of. Hello guys first of i want to sorry for my basic english ;)
So i started this league with frostblades as starter build and im almost ready to respec for quill rain build and i have question about Farrul's Fur chest I dropped this like 1 week ago and linked this to 6l im also using stygian belt with aspect of cat(10%cast & attack speed / 100%critical chance / 15% to avoid all dmg incoming and 50% reduced visibility to enemies ) Farrul chest makes this aura cost 0 mana so its just extra aura and my question is there is any option to use it in quill rain build? " seems like a cool idea to use that new chest. you would not be able to use MoM with it so dont skill the mana nodes and go for more %inc life instead. travel to the scion life wheel. | |
" deadly draw and dirty techniques are very strong notes, you should skill them out. avatar of the hunt is not that great. you need more acc rating on your gear. skilling into the duellist starting area is not worth it. you need more jewel slots and more dmg on your jewels. | |

" You certainly have options with it. The extra DPS from frenzy charges can let you take more life in tree. I would just play around in PoB with it. Also: Bonus Points for cool new thing factor. :D Regarding the Chaos/phys scaling I took a swing at it in PoB with the gear from my character, which is pretty decent. +/- some adjustments. https://pastebin.com/p3FqGZAT With this setup I was able to get to about 6.4million Shaper DPS and 5.3k life. This is also with 3 mod life jewels, (not abyss jewels). So you can push it higher with GG jewels. Of course the advantage of avoiding Ele Poison is budget right? So I made a budget-friendly (I would say medium budget overall) version as well. Note, 6L Quill Rain is still Essential. But 6L QR is not difficult to acquire. Major differences would be dropping Impresence+Kaom's+Helm Enchant+Dying Sun+Add Arrow Quiver https://pastebin.com/vwxZ6aWV This variant uses Cloak of Defiance for the defense and budget (links not required) . Other options include: Poison Yriels, Belly, or a rare Elder with Crit. If using a different chest, just drop the mana nodes for life/jewel socket. With this setup we get to about 4.6 million dps. Let me know your thoughts. I may have missed something obvious, who know? :) |

" I dont' think so. Although it able to melt everything its mobility leaves much to be desired. You can't use queen of the forest because of dendrobate, without which the whole idea of huge single target damage suffers. Devoto's devotion also not fits. There are lot of builds that maps much more effective under 1ex of gear, and also possible to leveling herewith. |
