Whats the purpose of having a level 4 englihtenment? PoB links and gem links are so different from your recommended build profile o.O

Any suggestions on what next for me? I'm thinking lvl4 Enlighten to gain more HP via tree.

" I gained a lot of DPS by switching to something like Gives elemental damage, resists, plus you can use an abyss jewel. The resists could let you use a Starkonja or something. Starkonja added a huge amount of DPS for me. I spent around 30c on a Starkonja with increased Sunder attack speed. | |

newbie question For some reason, i cant get any frenzy charge, except from doedre elixir. Change culling stri for frenzy and still get not a single frenzy charge killing 100 mobs. What am i doing wrong? | |

Keep Enlighten on offhand and level with +5% socketed gem with Haku prefix.
Blood rage is not being casted because CWDT is too high. Either downlevel CWDT or level up Blood Rage. Are you casting Poacher's Mark? | |

Newly converted Diablo 3 player here so pardon my question as it’s probably fairly obvious but I can’t fogure it out.
You have gem links that include the following skills that have a mana reserve. Hatred - 50% Ash - 25% Arctic Armor - 25% Blasphemy - 35% override Am I correct in activating hatred + ash + arctic for a 100% mana reserve? And the blasphemy one I don’t cast correct? |

" Yes you are correct. If you want Hatred (50%) and Ash OR AA and blasphemy, you need lvl4 enlighten or Charisma node on the tree | |
