I know I'm getting WAY ahead of myself but....Patch notes say they are going to totally rework (balance) skills and that usually means trouble. Have you given any thought as to whether you're up to the challenge of updating a big tree rework?

They are going to balance all spell skills from what i read, not the tree.
I'm not playing PoE myself right now, but I try to keep this guide updated, since people seem to like this build.

What do you guys think of this? Would this be good vs Elder/Shaper? Also, I can't figure out how this is crafted exactly, if someone could break down how to do this it would be great.

Few things you have to consider: You lose all the stats of a shield, you lose the ability to shield charge and the main problem against end game bosses is the zombie survivability, not so much their damage.

That being said, +3 to Empower and a free Maim (opening up a link for a defensive support) can maybe make up for the loss of Zombie health from the sceptre. You should probably compare it in PoB before trying to get something like that.
So, i got a weird talisman, i was wondering would it fit in any zombie build, it seems rare and weird enough. Thoughts? Thanks

+2 zombies is certainly nice, but the talisman adds very little otherwise. So it would work best for someone who is either not running a Baron-based build (no need for astramentis) or has really GG gear with Baron such that they don't need astramentis.

Amu is nice for the +2 zombie but it could be a pain to restore the attribute boost of astramentis ( mostly the dexterity and strenght ) So ure need to sacrifice skill points on them and some jewels too.

it is almost impossible to beat astra's utility. it alone pretty much carries you to the minimum requirements for high dex and int skills since most of your passives are going either to raw str or converting int to str.

the best you could really do is rolling a str dex ammy with bound fossils until you roll +str + attributes and zombies
