So if we have chin sol 6L also, we can use that jewels you put to standard player? Or it's not needed chin sol to kill bosses, so we can just have windripper to tornado shot and armour for barrage?

Well Chin Sol is only used if you have really good abyss jewels, Windripper is only just for upto T15 bosses with only mf gear on.

I'm pretty new to Magic Finding and Tornado Shot and left pretty confused as to what I should be doing with the Gem Links and the Passive Tree. As you have mentioned we can go either Raider or Deadeye. I've decided to side with Raider as it provides nice attack speed, immune to aliments and offers stable frenzy charge regeneration. HOWEVER, I'm willing to give Deadeye another shot.

Do I still follow the same gem links listed and passive tree? Also say I'm not a Deadeye does the lack of pierce 'hurt' the quality of the build and if so why haven't we taken Piercing Shots for an extra 2+ pierce. I am planning to use a Rigwald's Quills although I don't quite fully understand the power of it, since I have yet to get my hands on such an expensive item.

Also why not invest into Deadly Draw and drop the 4 points trying to get Phase Acrobatics and perhaps the 1 frenzy charge from duelist, or is this not a good choice?

Disclaimers:
Spoiler

Disclaimer 1: I have tested the new Deadeye with a Crit Ice Shot based character and felt pretty fluid however, Just wasn't for me. The lack of flask slots, left me kinda vulnerable to aliments such as Freeze and would really come to bite me in the ass. Not to mention just doesn't seem to have that oof (damage). But could've just been my shitty damage.

Disclaimer 2: I do in fact, only want to farm Shaped Burial Chambers with this build and I did read the authors notes to go Deadeye but in all seriousness, I'd rather not but I guess I'm willing to give it one last try.

Gear I'm planning to use: (Please, Let me know If I should do this.)
Spoiler

Quad Items: 5/6 link Windripper (Barrage), 2x Gambles with at least 5% quant, 16% Sadima's, 19% Goldwyrms, Bisco's Leash. = With this setup I should achieve about 65% IIQ however, I am unsure if I want to invest into buying a Bisco's Collar or a 10% IIQ Shaper Amulet.

Others: Queen of the Forest, Rigwalds Quills, Dying Sun, Viktars, 15% Wise Oak, 2 Inspired Learning, 1 Lioneye's Fall. Jade or Diamond Flask with Bleed Immune and Quicksilver with Adrenaline.

Another option could be that I use a 14-15% Resist 1 or 2 Abyssal Socket Light poacher? I've never really used a Light Poacher but aren't we meant to link it with support gems and stuff.

Rare Gear: Rare Helmet and Rare Amulet to fill in missing life, resistance and perhaps damage.

Here is my Pastebin for what I had in mind either way, they're both pretty much the same. =

First, Thanks for the detailed response. First never play a Ascendancy you dont enjoy. Raider is fine for Shaped burial chambers, Just a little slower than deadeye. Pierce in my opinion feels useless once you have chain and fork running together. Your Gear is fine, I would consider investing into Shaped IIQ Ammys.

To quote this specific text:

Phase acro isnt need if your running low tier maps all day.Deadly draw is wasted points, Since you only gain attack speed. The frenzy charge is again wasted points on a deadeye since it only gives you 4% increased Attack Speed and 4% more Damage.

If i missed anything let me know.

This I agree for the most part, play whatever you enjoy the most :). Though, I would like to add a few things if I may.

Deadeye: https://pastebin.com/xK0b2sYS
Raider: https://pastebin.com/fHBBmSyr

No offense, but I have no idea why people keep making the assumption that Deadeye means using the same Flask setup as Raider and pray to god that it works (no anti-freeze flask). For one, I'd very strongly suggest dropping Vinktars unless you absolutely know what you're doing when you're playing Deadeye. Vinktar is a complete overkill for anything lower than T15, and Shock is very dangerous without anti-shock mechanics.

This is just a personal opinion, but I have very little respect for Raider's Elemental Status Ailments Immunity, it's a whole different story if it was global Status Ailments Immunity. Because, out of all the elemental status ailments (shocked, frozen/chilled, burning), only Shock pose a very real threat, and even then we have much more leeway because of high avoidance and dodge.

Another thing is that if your 80k DPS TS is enough to clear things in 1-2 shots on the map you're farming in, adding more DPS on top of that wouldn't do anything. You'd still clear in 1-2 shots. Like I said in previous post, and no offense, I don't understand why people focuses so much in DPS fully knowing that they're playing an MF build and not an end game boss killer build. You don't go around with Windripper with full MF gear and farm Shaper all day long, well you could, but why? I can understand using Vinktar's + Oak if you're trying to do something like full party carry for Breach farming, or Shaped Vault and you're the only DPS in the group with HH. But for speed farming solo Burials, Spider Forest or Vault, those two flasks are complete overkill and does nothing to improve the clear speed. At best it'll take one second off killing Alira in Burial, while taking you longer to actually clear the map.

If you just want to farm Shaped Burial (not sure why you're not doing T3 Burial instead, item drops are the same), and don't mind playing Deadeye, go with Deadeye; if you really want Raider then go Raider it's fine. But I can assure you, without a single doubt, especially for lower tier maps, Deadeye clears significantly faster than Raider, no contest, it's not even a comparison. Just stop, stacking, DPS, like mad. You don't need those overkill 100k TS DPS for speedfarming. Get as high as movement speed as possible, get permanent onslaught via jewels, if you don't have HH yet, go with DE + 2x 8% Onslaught + Movement Speed on Kill Abyss jewels (this nets you 24% chance to gain onslaught on kill, which is also one of the reason why, since this league no one bothers with Raider anymore for min-maxing MF build, since it's so easy to get permanent Onslaught with jewels and Power Charges with Blue Dream now). Drop Vinktar and Oak, they're completely unnecesary, grab Jade, Grace Watcher's Eye, and TS enchant on Devoto's if you can afford it; spam Blink Arrow whenever you can't see anything to shoot at, and you'll see why people say that Deadeye's the best MF char this patch.

If you want to do everything with the char, then Raider is the better option.

Sorry if this has been ask before.
I'm currently following your build. and the leveling tree.
I noticed that the Gem linked in your gears are different from the POB Link and the links you mentioned on your post.

Also I saw you regret 2 dex nodes for the bottom curvy part near the 2 big nodes of int and str? Any particular reason?

Thank You
