EDIT: I think I see it now. ALL KB lightning damage must come from Tempest Blast. Not sure how I missed it other than I'm not there yet on my tree personally. I guess 30% of phys is quite a lot in this case to be scaled, huh?

1. Lightning damage comes from jewelry / Wrath / Tempest's Binding (or gloves if Thunderfist) / Vessel of Vinktar.

So wait, to be clear, are we saying "Tempest Blast" on the Passive Tree is NOT a major form of lightning damage? I guess our phys damage is negligible?

With a Piscator's you're literally getting nothing from that node.

Most rare wands, you'll be looking for +elemental/edps, rather than physical (as nothing else would scale from it).

I'm being pretty squishy, any solutions?

TLDR: no life ring, no life belt, no life shield, no life amulet. (why are you even using atziris shield?) lycosidae is so cheap :O

I'm currently lvl 90 in HC harb with this build as ascendant. My gear isn't that great to be honest ,but the clear speed is amazing. in some situations it gets a bit dicey but its usually when I get to comfortable and some mob catches me off guard .
For me personally I use a decoy totem (besides the fact that it does save your life and gives you an opening to actually use barrage) I put it close to the wall and pewpew boss down with KB...melts them like butter.

I find the single target dips to be a bit meh thats why I use the tactic above.

If anyone could maybe check my gear and advise me on what I should improve that would be greatly appreciated


..yeah the vinktar's flask is to expensive atm thats why I use normal life flasks

You should still use the budget flasks, atziri's promise and Wise oak will help single target a ton, as well as switching out your inc. crits for lightning pen in your barrage. that will help against bosses a lot.

Gripped gloves will also help your DPS.

And with piscators you want to stack as much flat lightning as you can on your gear, and I dont see a much/any on your linked gear.

Also if you are on a budget, lycoside helps a lot, it is cheap and you can forget about accuracy on gear.

15% phys reduction and 26% evasion. could be the issue.

Gear:

Gear is decent, no shock removal is killing you. Vinktars is giving you 50% increased damage taken and you are not able to remove it. Shock removal is mandatory for pathfinder and scion versions.

Outside of that, 3 things:

1. Your one ring is quite bad, opal is really only worth if you can afford a double wed roll (like your other ring), otherwise almost any other base would be better / cheaper (Diamond is actually significantly undervalued for this build, it is extremely strong)

2. Looks like its about time to transition away from piscators and into a rare wand. You have extremely low flat damage on your gear and piscators relies on flat damage. A rare would be much better for you

3. After that, look to transition away from lyco into accuracy on gear
