[3.3]Elemental spectral throw pathfinder, good endgame and maps farmer

hi, i do this build in few hours for start ^^ thx for write it :)

just a question about point blank mecanic with spectral throw:

point blank give more domage at close range and decrease after but it's planned for "normal" projectile, so some who get out..

so when i use spectral i have more domage in the strat of the throw, domage decrease, after projectile stay 3 hit (something like this) at a some distance with less domage, and come back.

so when projectil come back, domage will increase cause the range who shorter ? or will decrease cause game considered it's the end of the throw ?

and so what happen if i throw, charged shield for stay side by side to my projectil ?

sorry for my english, not sur if i'm understandable but i try

Man everything is alright but still u have vaal pact in ur skill tree..some updates would be nice. What to get instead of vaal pact for example? Or what can we get instead of those as a starter? it seems like not starter build but got potential. With these items a little hard to be starter tbh.look at those rings chest lycosiade claw etc..:)

Fiddling with it in Path of Building tells me that this is a pretty decent starter. With minimal gear your single target DPS is still acceptable, and it provides amazing scaling. I think the biggest boon of this build is that it'll be pretty easy to craft a passable starter weapon, as soon as you get an acceptable Imperial Claw base.

Sure, you won't be able to make the perfect claw, but you'll be able to make a passable one with a decent degree of ease.

I've made some mild modifications to the build myself, as the Vaal Pact changes happened.

I haven't tested it at all but it's what I plan to start with. If it turns out it's poorly optimized it ain't expensive to move 10 points from one side of the tree to the other. You adjust slightly whenever possible when you can afford jewels, primary reason for the modifications I made is that I likely won't be able to afford triple-stat beast jewels early on.

Just bear in mind that Abyss Jewels will probably justify going for ALL the jewel nodes within reasonable reach, so keep some Regret orbs handy for when you get them/can afford them.
any thoughts on weapon type?
claw or one handed sword (foils)?
foils give extra crit multi and have a bigger projectile size due to the weapon range.
claws have the better tree nodes and you dont have to take the duelist leech nodes. so you save 4 points.
im pretty undecided on this.

OP any opinion on this? :)

Not OP.

Arguably it's a more flexible tree since you spend less points on claws, but it should have a slightly lower ceiling since you've got a decent bit less critical strike (chance and multiplier) from the tree itself. It also makes Lycosidae more important, since you'd have less accuracy from the tree.

However with more points to spare it means you can grab more jewels, which with the incoming Abyss jewels might be incredibly effective, but claws aren't excluded from removing those same points and prioritizing jewels.

All in all the difference seems rather minimal and you can do whatever you prefer. The change itself is ~11 points so won't be hard to do on the go.
Hi can you link the new tree ? cant find the new tree for 3.1 just the 3.0

Is it possible to update the skill tree, seeing that vaal pact position is not where u used to path

well, ggg still didn't updated skill tree on this site, so, u will update trees as soon as possible. I think now vaal pact will be optional, so, don't worry too much :)

hello! Spectral throw's projectile damage with point blanc decreases even if your projectile returns back. This is mechanic of point blank, but wuth slower projectiles, your projectile won't travel needed distance to start doing less damage.

Can you run this as a Starter Build?

Ofcourse. You don't need expensive items to farm maps and st mechanic + point blank will melt bosses.

hello, I have vall pact in the tree, cause there is still no 3.1 tree version on site(or at least i didn't find it)
as soon as ggg will add 3.1 tree version, ill update the trees. Or i think i can update them right now, i'll just hope that they will work :D
