[3.3]Elemental spectral throw pathfinder, good endgame and maps farmer

I noticed this build has all lightning damage, is physical, fire, cold all just completely useless on this build?
I know you offered Esh's shield as a possible shield. What are you planning on using to start now that the Lycosidae drop chance is significantly reduced?

its a nice bonus to have but not really gamechanging. i would aim for pure lightning dmg on gear.
phys will bring the lowest dps as we scale elemental dmg in tree and with support gems. so having cold or fire dmg will be nice but not necessary at all. crit, crit multi, attack speed and flat light dmg will give by far the most dmg increase

for starting with maps i would suggest a rare shield. preferably a pure evasion shield which can roll accuracy on it. then just get accuracy on a second item and you should end up with 87%+ accuracy which is enough for white/yellow maps. also a rare shield can give life and resists so you can go more offensive on rings/amulet.
then depending on the price id buy a lycosidae. but if the price is just too high (like 1-2ex+) i dont think it is worth it anymore.
you basically need about 400+ flat accuracy on gear total. (so for example shield and 1 ring) this should lead up to 87-90% accuracy. 90% is enough for endgame.
or you can use esh's mirror and get accuracy on 2 rings or something if you have the money.

but you can just try it out in pob and see how much flat accuracy you need to add, to reach the above percentages.

What about using 2 claws dropping shield charge for whriling blades and filling up accu on gloves, rings, etc. ?

Okay, looks like there is no need to update tree. Maybe just add a note about new vaal pact as good survivability boost if you have some problems with it. Also im thinking about that new red armour with shock bonuses, i think it can be a good alternative to belly and uriel's. Sooooooo, now i need ggg to update their passive tree on site and that's all.

Will the new path to VP affect much?

It won't make a lot of difference if you will dodge boss mechanics. But if you are too lazy, vp can help you, but im not 100% sure cause it needs tests in game.

Nah, your dps will be lower. You will get only one dual wield bonus: 10% more attack speed. And you will lose 100% hit chance, which is huge, some amount of life and also you need 2 same claws, and this is definetly more expensive than lyco. Also, shield charge is a lot faster tha wb if you use silver flask of adrenaline.

This isn't a budget build is it? :P

You don't need a lot of expenaive items to be able to farm red tier maps, i think this can be considered as budget build :p
Are you using this as an abyss league starter? would it be better to start as raider because of not needing expensive flasks to get going

My friend will play this build on start and i will be her support, so technically yes :D
You dont need expensive flasks. Only vinktar is expensive and it is not too necessary because of reflect changes, just nice dps boost for bosses.
Is it possible to update the skill tree, seeing that vaal pact position is not where u used to path
Can you run this as a Starter Build?
