[FIXED] Cannot remove bleeding with flasks

Old post:
If the rival uses the Crimson Dance keystone you cannot remove the bleeding by using antibleeding flasks.
I need to test out if the same thing happens while using Death's Door boots or this is only a flask related issue.

A player on arena had the same issue when fighting me and I don't have the Crimson Dance keystone:



And even worse, this is a PvE problem too because happens the same with the Corrupted Blood debuff:

Conclusion: Staunching flasks are f*cked.

Solution: at the moment the only solution are the Death's Door boots. Sadly they are not cheap and not suitable for all builds.

So it's a "during flask effect" issue then. Looks like it's time to buy a new pair of boots...

In LLD there is no real counter to this, currently it is whoever can get a bleed off first wins. For those not aware of it, they are basically dead before they even realized they were hit. It is a joke that this got through Beta.

This needs to be fixed ASAP, along with DoT damage in PvP period.
