If you sacrifice damage for life, and play smart with ele reflect yes. I had a viewer make it to 92 before he died playing smart.

One question : why don't you pick Point Blank ? Seems good for boss as our map clear is still amazing.

Its not needed, You more then enough damage for trash and PB doesnt effect the initial hit So it doesnt do anything for our single target. Im going to be adding my 3.0 Path of building to the guide in about 5 min. Im going to suggest people use that for endgame.

And still don't understand the use of faster attack than MPD on 6L.

You can see in the posted PoB that i tested both and the outcome of that. We dont get 2 much value out of Icebite as we already have perma frenzy. The new flat is nice but a dps down compared to pen.

The new added cold is very nice but we dont really have a slot we can take away for it.
