I started with nothing and still managed to do everything until I could use ToA. Just grab a tabula for 6l and run with Ancestral Calling. Single target run with Molten strike. I'm actually baffled by the use of Carnage Heart too. It's a really bad amulet for anything other than Slayer. Increased leech rate does not increase the max leech rate cap and you will reach that cap almost instantly either way. I really love this build. changed somethings and it's going very well... 100k dps already and I don't have good itens. I'm thinking about using The Pandemonius instead of Carnage Heart... and getting the new Watcher's Eye Prismatic Jewel with 'Physical Damage Converted to Cold Damage while affected by Hatred' ...
