Question: What masters were required to craft that staff? It seems like those mods are the real staple of the build.

Yeah, staff required me to pay someone to craft it, and it costed like 10 exalted orbs to craft (before paying a fee to the player who crafted it) I might be wrong but I think you need level 8 of Elreon, Vagan, Catarina
