Problem probably solved with @heretizzle finally finding the missing link: when I was leveling I took heart of oak route as I was a life based facebreaker build. I had 5+ people looking and we all missed that. Once I respecced to the Primal Spirit pathing I have 1.1k mana and will likely be no stun town now.

" start out as life build, until 80-85, then advance to CI. try to get around 130-150% life until lvl 85, the rest is dps, alchemist passive nodes are the most important here, don't ever miss getting them.
