try to get belt with reduced flask charges, or with hysteria mod(craft yourself)
you need crit chance on amulets and wed if possible, yeah. 20%ES would be good too.

You shouldn't be replacing Elemental Focus. Replace Slower Projectiles instead, since it's a smaller multiplier to your damage and then compare the damage. Also, beware of the tooltip, since it doesn't factor into consideration your Diamond Flask. Because of this it's usually better to asses which is the best gem set-up by feel and how quickly you can map and take down bosses.

One other consideration: there is a difference between the average dps, and the max dps you can generate within a short period of time. Average dps is more relevant for mapping and clear speed (because you're doing damage over a much longer period of time), but it might not be that relevant if the goal is to have the ability to take down T16+ bosses or Uber Atziri or Izaro. An extra 10% to your crit might boost the tooltip dps by the same amount as a 30% multiplier, but if your crit chance is already at, say, 80%, then it is possible that all your shots crit regardless of whether you have that extra 10% boost to crit chance. You could thus potentially benefit a lot more from the multiplier to your damage in individual fights.

its the first time im having a go at a bow build and i kinda wondered why ppl are choosing Pathfinder for this over raider or deadeye.

id really appreciate a pros/cons list of some sort and some explanations to understand the reasoning

Can anyone suggest where to improve my gear next? Following the "budget" tree, I have probably somewhere around 20ex, currently trying to roll a better chest and bow.
