[2.6] SignalShot™ CI Full Ele Conversion TS/Barrage / Shaper & Uber Deathless / with video!

Tehnical question (don't remember if you modify somwehre in this 100 pages the gem setup):

I get a better DPS in both Barage and TS if I put FA instead PPAD.
Also if I change added fire damage with added lightning damage I get a pritty good boost. It also has the advantage of having more lightning damage so better leech.
Is there any reason why not using them?
Thx

What if I use Doomfletch with this build?

I am now trying to build a CI Doomfletch charactor and it seems both pathfinder and inquisitor are good option.

Conversion/added damage is kinda pointless with Doomfletch since you have very little phys damage, you're probably better off getting some pierce and using Drillneck instead. You also need more crit to compensate for lower base crit on the bow, especially since Inquisitor is so dependent on it.

When I say this build I actually just mean the tree. Doomfletch need different gears and gem links. For example, swap phy to lightning with increased critical strikes and it becomes a 8.9 crit bow. So far all doomfletch builds I saw choose inquistor. But seeing this build guide it seems pathfinder is also viable. Last league I played pathfinder EA and I really love the amazing movement speed and +3 dying sun given by pathfinder.

added fire damage works different than "added lightning damage" gem, it adds fire damage according to your % of your base phys damage pool. added fire is known as one of the highest DPS buffs for phys conversion builds for that reason. since this build has global penetration, it doesnt matter what element we are using.

about ppad,

ppad is 50% damage boost with 10% less APS drawback, you can try out both, all the time ppad would add more damage since we are using a phys-> ele conversion build. of course it's a matter of taste for map clearing i use FA too.

about doomfletch

guys lets talk about it once and for all;

doomfletch is inquisitor's business, if you wanna make a crit doomfletch is inquisitor's thing to do, you'll have challenges ahead of you though while putting everything together;

like, since templar is far from ranger area, you gotta use very good jewels to compensate that lack of dammage, and in the end can you have as good damage as ranger? the answwer is fucking YES.(even more actually) is it expensive? YES! i spend like 100ex in standard for 8 GG(its a 10 jewel build) jewels to have my inquisitor working. Doomfletch + INquisitor would require standard league item pool and currency pool to make it work i believe. And let me tell you, doomfletch prism will have less damage crit chance than brood twine but when you crit, you'd do same damage and MUCH better status ailments damage than brood twine can ever do(double dipping)

and with doomfletch inquisitor, THERE IS NO FREAKING WAY TO SURVIVE FROM REFLECT. your base damage is abysmally high, it's insane...

if anyone interested with good jewewls to have brood twine damage with a cheap bow, i can share my inquisitor tree and jewels. It is including, Drillneck +1, doomfletch(+1 if possible), kaoms heart, mind over matter, very very very insane damage, almost no reflect viability, obliteration of bosses etc.

Hi Rupenus, is your inquis tree life based? because last season I tried to make a CI based inq doomfletch tree and was not able to come up with anything close to acceptable so I would be interested in seeing this. I ended up rolling CI Pathfinder doomfletch instead and at 92 admitted defeat because the damage was not worth of the currency I had put into the gear.

edit: oops nevermind, after reading your post one more time I see you were using a Kaoms Heart, still interested in seeing the tree though if possible.

I'm getting significantly higher DPS using SlowProj over AddedFire. On paper, Added Fire adds 45% damage as fire and gives 10% increased fire damage. Since we already have 30+35+15+36=116% added damage (161% with ToH), it actually only increases our damage by around 20%. Fire damage is also slightly less valuable than what the tooltip shows due to extra lightning penetration from Vinktars. Slower Projectiles adds 30% flat multiplier. 10% increased fire is also obviously worse than 10% projectile damage.

Thats old news.

Best Gem Setup for barrage is the following:

Barrage - PPAD - P2L - Slower Proj - Ele Focus - WED

Gosh... I am working on a CI doomfletch inquisitor now. Just theory crafting the tree, have not really started yet.

So far my planned tree is the following:

Added 2 new videos under the video section:

-Breach temp league Shaper run by heretizzle

-Elite version Uber Atziri run by yours truely

Will be adding more Breach temp league boss videos (Guardians) momentarily from heretizzle as well.
Hi guys, I've decided to give this build another try with a 450 exalt budget this time. I hope it works

Do you guys think a 520 DPS bow is good enough? It's no brood twine but it should allow me to plow through shaper and guardians a lot easier versus a 400 dps bow right?

Doing more than fine with this one. But if you're standard then why not just get a brood twine ?
