[3.8 BUFFED] Demi's PURE STRENGTH Righteous Fire Chieftain! SUPER BUDGET (TO START) ALL CONTENT

Can someone please elaborate if is better to use Vulnerability or Flammability? I have read several discussions and calculations and cannot decide which one is better, so far it seems the same to me. thanks.

This depends on your Playstyle. In this build he focuses on Strength/Life and RF, boosting life regen with doon cuebiyari and Molten Shell/Life Leech to be able to facetank most stuff. I've not done a build with Juggernaut and Totems yet, so I can not help here. However, if you target to do this build, I'd go for the life instead of two curses (which basically means more damage), as also RF dmg is based on your life. Except you think it is worth it if you need a few more tries for some bosses, because if they die after dying yourself for 2 or 3 times cause of less life, you still manage to farm endgame content, however for the leveling progression it might not be nice.

I see, but anybody can say a what would be better:
IE: 200hp or 12 area damage
so, if the difference between them its not great, then chose life to have same dmg but more tanky

So, anybody good with math to calculate what would dmg output be for:
200hp
12 area dmg

As info, take my stats: 810str, 7.5hp

Vulnerability
Level Lvl. intelligence Mana Cost Base Duration increased AoE Radius increased Physical
Damage Exp. Total Exp.
19 68 151 48 10.8 36% 29% 62,755,923 129,453,628
20 70 155 50 10.9 38% 29% 211,877,683

Flammability
Level Lvl. strength intelligence Mana Cost Base Duration increased AoE Radius reduced Fire Resistance Ignite Chance Exp. Total Exp.
19 68 66 95 48 10.8 36% -43% 13% 62,755,923 129,453,628
20 70 68 98 50 10.9 38% -44% 14% 211,877,683 341,331,311

I'd say if you use RF Flammability is better for better AoE Radius and Less Fire Resis of the enemies.

I know values from wiki, no need to copy. Thing is, that Flamma lowers enemy fire res and since we are using Elemental Equlibrium which lowers their fire res too, I think that maybe is not worth using Flamma because their fire res cannot be negative? I've read that in combination with EE, it is better to use Vulne.

For Partys Vulnerability is probably better, but solo I'd still go for Flammability. Idk if it can't be negative, but it will at least reduce the res to the absolute minimum.

What's your HP regen? The screenshot is quite unreadable

Either your fire resist isn't high enough (level 17 Purity of fire) or your HP regen isnt high enough.

Do you have at least 4 ascendancy points?

You need it from passive tree points. Health, fire res and regen is #1 priority.

Yeah, I made it the same as it described. Except of getting chieftain. My fire resist is 196%
