" You fool, Everyone know that "flicker/right click Cyclone" was the pinacle of PoE pvp like BvB was the only true skill based mode of D2 pvp. It required so much skill that only player with high intelligence and perfect hands coordination could do it. Does seem unfair for cyclone to have been nerfed the way it was. I don't think anyone uses it even in PVE, as in NOT using it only as a delivery method for CoC. Lavender or Leave.
