Very interesting PVP content ideas from Deth and Lib. One content idea could be also having a new arena (maybe located next to sarn arena) where the players could bet against each other using game currency or items before go into duel (but players can choose their opponents by their lvl, class etc beforehand). it could be a good incentive to attract those casuals :)). who can beat who is the heart of the PVP and still will be. come on,
this is like calling your ex-gf after breaking up last time. you know that you are going to be refused, but you have an urging feeling that makes you call last time to assure there is no hope or there is nothing you can change. this is our last hope, paying money to make things change. the strongest weapon we have is the money we have and of course we are going to give a shot to see whether it works or not. sometimes it works. she comes back. but probably it has even lesser chance to have healthy relations after such break up. i dont think GGG can handle HLD balancing. but this chance, giving them money and expectin something good even though there is a low chance of is something worth to strive for. I'd say this is more like having this smoking hot girl you've been friends with for 4 years. You guys have fooled around drunk, but she never let you go all the way. It will be up to Ahfack to make the first step and submit the idea to GGG, and what I think will be important is to get them to discuss it properly with Chris and the core GGG developers, and avoid getting declined by just one staff member without the others even seeing our proposal.
We read in the Q&A that the next big patch will be about end-game, which can be either bad or good timing to submit this, as HLD is well part of end-game as we know it, but might also appear as a competitor for the same purpose, and conflict with whatever idea GGG has for the next patch.
