Why can you level flame totem but not immortal call linked to CWDT?

And the second , I have this 20 % quality gems :

double strike
, Frenzy,
lacerate
and reave,
woudl this build work with any of those skills, swapping out the AoE jewel?

No dual strike works because it's attack speed is so ludicrous that neither bosses nor mobs can cram enough damage between your many swings per second to kill you and crazy life pool limits or prevents one shots. None of those skills are remotely adequate. Only Cleave works but fails at endgame.

He manually casts totem. Rogue uses swords so has some mana pool to utilize

Rare swords with 1.88+ APS and as much pDPS you can afford should all work. Swords are much easier to get past 1.90 aps but harder to get really high pure pDPS. Don't buy anything under 1.88 APS

Is it worth to use it?

Heya guys,

just quickly whipped up a no sound video for u guys to enjoy and check the power of a kinda budget build with a tabula(lol).

I hadn't time to play alot, so that's why I kinda progressing slowly this league, but gonna try to get this baby to the high tops if I'll be fortunate enough. So the video speaks for itself I think: The Maze of the Minotaur t16 map, with 30% damage for mobs. Don't actually know if the Impenetrable shrine helped me alot or not. Failed in the middle cause got carried away for a sec, that was enough to get me killed instantly, but my fault :D So noobs, u can enjoy this guy's smooth destroying with a tabula too.

No, I looked into this just before 3.0. The leech applied as chaos damage might seem insane with Cloaked in Savagery and Vaal Pact, but it only applies to leech that brings you to full. So, if you hit for 30k and you go from 3k health to 6k health, only 3k damage is applied. Most of the time, unless you're on a boss, you shouldn't even drop that low. It's a piddly damage bump.

The belt is better for Slayers, since they can keep leeching at max health.
