Hey, will you be changing from Chieftain to Berserker later on? It seems as if Chieftain is the Ascendancy until you reach mid Tier maps and good enough gear or do you not change because like you described in the guide it is the more chill option and u want more chill atm with the char? Love the guide and build btw. Trying RF second time around after some leagues apart :D

I was a Chieftain with this build in 2.5 doing fine, but because it got wiped for 2.6, I decided to go with Beserker. I messed up by going for "Cloaked in Savagery" for the 100% damage leech after taking a savage hit. As it turns out, this node doesn't work for totems.
Which brings me to my question: without tooltips for Righteous fire, can anyone confirm if aspect of carnage (40% more damage) definitely works with totems? Thanks Winterlude |

I managed to go soul mantle pretty early. The jump to a lvl 20 spell totem at that level is pretty huge, and the 50% life helps too. Just a 4l, so a pseudo 5l for now.
Before that I didn't even use inc aoe, used damage gems instead. Got first ascendancy. Will wait till sort out little more life before going for the increased damage taken Current gear Mostly junk of course! Belt/boots are ok, and I like the Ammy. Keep ancestral bonds for 3 totems.... you have never cleared so fast with a leaguestarter. I am currently using a soul mantle and 2 Kikazaru's, curses at best appear to reduce my res by 12 or so. Is there any reason to stop using them apart from maybe at very late game when getting more hp may be crucial?

" besides the life, maybe a loss of a curse via doedres, but thats it. We only need life/resist/firedmg anyway and kimazaru enables dmg (self flag, soul mantle) and lowers the needed resists for elemental weakness mapmod (pseudoresis). still got no dualcurse because i wanna save chromes and dont really need it at this stage of the game. SoulMantle is insane The next levels i will get totemic zeal to toy around. My clearspeed is preeetty great for the investment and statr of the league, but i want more for those low-midtier maps and totemic zeal seems great for that if the dmg is enough (which it is).
