If you check my Wasteland run you'll see in my buffs that many times the innervate procs, so its working great. Yes, but for innervate to be usefull, it should be linked to LW then... @Fathervic - Lightning Warp applies shock - Herald of Ice explosions kill shocked enemies -> innervate procs. Yes, ideally you'd want it on LW and not on HoI, but you have no slot for it. Increased AOE gem for LW to apply the curses on more enemies is far more important than innervate. So what we do is the second best option. DONT forget to check your resistences in a town in MERCILESS difficulty, since you ge -60% res penalty on merciless. Don't check in your hideout aswell (or if you do, you should have 135% resistence in your hideout to be capped on merciless).
