may be he has amulet +80 crit mult? and something else?

I have a couple of higher end items with great or near perfect rolls that help with crit. Wholeheartedly thrown myself into this build, so scavenged items from my other builds to make up some shortfalls.



I have noticed a slight increase in dexterity in 2.1. I am mainly looking for survivability at the moment so have not gone all out crit on the tree when spending my passives.

Hey dude.
There is a leveling section with leveling trees for lvl 30 and 60. its still the old tree but ill update it sometime today.
Still could use it, the tree isnt that different than before for us. mostly right side was changed and not even a lot.

I tried my ZO EB idea, but Vaal Pact straight up gets rid of life regen. Don't think we will ever get Blasphemy in the build, especially now it's 35% reserved instead of 25%

Respec'ed back into this build from the re-set.

I have run it previously before the new patch a few times, it's great fun. :)

So far, it's working ok on my lvl 86 witch.

I'm using the phase 1 build right now, with Windscream boots for the additional curse.

Ice bite isn't working, no frenzy charges. I see that there is a glitch with it. Hopefully GGG will fix it asap.

All the other charges are working well.

I had a few mana problems at first, so went with two Elreon -8 mana rings. This means I gave up some DPS, but I still kill everything just fine.

I only use concentrated effect on bosses, otherwise i'm always on increased AOE which I prefer for mob kills.

It seems like this build has been treated kindly by GGG and the new patch.

My self-cast Incinerate witch is no good any more, although she still works fine as a boring-to-play incinerate totem build.

Anyways tsachiy1, thanks for this update to your build, mate.

I'll be interested to see what you change after you have had some time to consider the new tree and skill gem possibilities.

I'm getting frenzy charges now, it looks like GGG has fixed the problems.

I can get 43 blades out with my cast sp. No boss stand chance with lvl 13 gem. You gotta try it.


Also yes frenzy working as advertised. I have 4 up all the time.
