Huh. I never saw a raw 4-essence monster. Just assumed it was corrupt only after pushing two characters to 91.

Progress so far on my Berserker AW toon

Can't wait to see how the DPS numbers turn out. But leveling AW is nuts. 6 hours 52 minutes /played to Merciless Dried Lakes, now at level 61. Could have been even faster (I completed all the side quests leading to passive tree skill points and ran a couple of corrupted areas as well). |

Not with discharge, but I did spot this AB/IS one: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1730530. Looked neat, but I want to play something a bit more traditional.

Both are melee, in that you have to get within melee range in order to proc the spells. (I guess you can lacerate from a distance, but that doesn't make much sense outside of boss fights. Slows you down).
Regardless, what I meant by "traditional" is something that's more strictly melee and not reliant on other things like poison or CoC. I was thinking of trying to build something around Cospri's and completely ignore the whole spellcasting bit. Ele hit viable kappa. Jul 27, 2011 - Sept 30, 2018. " Cospri's plus Heretics for multiple curses should work out well. Obviously you'll want a dex-based build given the high dex requirement on Cospri's (unless you're going to 6-link a weapon). The ability to curse hex proof mobs and the plus one curse also synergizes well with Corspri's - running quality enfeeble/temp chains/vulnerability is really nice.
