Not sure if I have another 40/40 in me for this league.

I did the math on it, and not accounting for the possibility of dropping the maps required to complete the challenges. For the end-game grinds, (roughly (30 Core * 18-25c) + (30 Dark Forest * 17-22c) = 1050-1410 chaos, or 16ish - 21 ish ex. Being able to do those twinned (could probably do Dark Forest twinned) would chip some of them off but eh.

Also doesn't factor in pushing for the Warbands.

I got the portal. I'm happy enough with that for now. I have 40 or so Offerings, so maybe if those runs end up being profitable I'll push for full completion.

Grats on the portal.

This league some of the endgame grinds are crazy - 60 Izaro would take forever unless you've got something that can zip past all the traps.

30 Cursed King was easy (twinned for my build was no problem).
30 Eater of Souls is probably one of the ones I'll do - not sure how easy twinned is going to be.
Vaal Temple maps are stupidly expensive otherwise I'd at least try them.
100 Atziri is just gated by fragment drops - not sure how expensive sets are. But you can self-fund a large part of that one depending on mortal drops.

So I'm still tentatively planning on 40/40.

The endgame map drop rates are really crazy. If I roll for quantity and packsize, I'm getting lots of T15s and the occasional T16. So even if dual EoS isn't doable, it's probably quite doable to roll some quasi-hard mods and largely self-fund the 30 EoS kills.

I did Atziri last league. I think I only had about 20 of my own sets built/ran, by the time I went for it. The rest were bought and paid for and kept cycling themselves well enough, with some decent profit at the end of them (I was ridiculously lucky with Hope drops, though).

Even without that, would've been enough to chain farm, especially with the occasional vaults Prophecy.

I just burnt the hell out on Atziri doing it. And I was never a fan of doing Apex anyway.

So, unless I'm forced into it, no thanks.

Sets were roughly 7-8c last I checked, so that's still 700-800 chaos, with a decent chance of paying for themselves if you get enough frags / diviner boxes.

As far as owning maps goes, I'm 5/60 (not factoring twinned), so 8.3% I guess isn't a bad start.

We'll see. For now I'm going to focus on Warbands and leeching the last Essence to put me to 38, then go from there.

No toaster eating this league, that is a step in the right direction... At least I think it is.

Also a congratulations on completing the challenges for the portal effect.
Any information about your second build. I would start uber lab but its so annoying compared to my ea toon in standard last leage.

and i need much more time to level compared to you. so if i would make uber lab with another char i need the info soon :-(

and i looked on hanks build (he so smart to let me cheet) and i have mostly items he use in this build exept the 6 l chest. But this shouldend be a problem.
The only thing i have with the build is, i dont like the playstyle of totem builds. I tried it
2 times but fail dramatically. all time i was there i shouldend be or the totems dont do what they should do or something like that.

For Magic finding, CI does not work. So if you want to run a CA MF build I would recommend following the build guide here.

For an all purpose high damage and good defense, CI Occultist is a good option. I'd recommend looking at ItsYoji's YouTube video for his CI CA build. It was posted a few patches ago, but the tree has not changed much. That is a good starting point if going the CI route.

I've not played the CI version, so I cannot add anything else to the recommendation.

I just want to warn you against twinned Dark Forest, I got a Twinned GMP Turbo one and it was the most hilariously rippy bossfight I've ever seen. I died immediately, so I asked a BV Pathfinder to clear it for me, and THEY died and couldn't finish it, said "It's harder than Shaper". So roll them carefully...

I want to craft a % chaos damage amu with essences. Whats the best base? %life regen, iir?
Assuming you're sticking to the MF portion of this build, Gold amulet, no question.

I'm doing what essentially amounts to a slightly modified version of ZiggyD's Reach of the Council poison setup. (Update: Dark Forest / Core down, but not deathless. PEBCAK?)

So far I've only struggled with getting Twinned Otesha in Sulphur Wastes, and I believe it was Berrots in Overgrown Ruin (T13, T15 respectively).

My dps isn't what I would like it to be but my divine luck has been terrible and I definitely haven't min-maxed the gear, but it's performing well in most situations.

Still haven't tried Dark Forest, Core, Abyss, Colosseum, Vaal Temple, or any of the Guardians.

What I can tell you (friend of mine tagged me in for a Shaper kill) is that there's no way CA can handle that fight in an MF setup. You would need to completely redo it for a dps version, and with the changes to monster life in 2.4 this build now struggles with T15 monster life (bosses only) as well.

I have a couple other possible builds in mind but if you really want to crush T15+, at this point I can only recommend BV Pathfinder or Hank's Wartems build. The TShot Poison handles well, but I have yet to test it v Guardians.

Hydra and Chimera are immune to poison. I think otherwise poison works well. Mathil has some youtube videos up where he tackles the guardians with his spectral thrown Dreamfeather build (which uses bleed and poison). He kills most of the guardians quickly but takes longer on Hydra and Chimera.

Edit: poe.db has some data-mined information about the Guardians under the map section. Good stuff for planning defenses/attacks.

Edit 2: Mathil's videos on the guardians are pretty helpful. It's from the perspective of his very high evasion/dodge spectral throw character though so stuff he finds easy you might struggle with depending on your build and defenses.
