20% recipe CE, AoE, Slower Proj, but manually 20% your PA gem. Your radius will be kind of tiny for about 10 levels of the AoE gem then it'll be fine again. Doesn't take long to get those 10 levels back.
I have 6 PA gems sitting at 19 atm and I'm wondering how important quality for PA is. I'm planing to Vaal a lvl 21 PA and I'm not sure if I want to go through the trouble of leveling all those gems again for 20 quality before vaaling.
I just made what seems to be a cheap deal for a lvl 68 6L bow (only payed 1 ex) and then tried to roll +2 bow gem levels by alt spamming in order to resell it afterwards. Instead I got +1 gem levels and 10% ias and I stopped because afaik this affix is quite rare.
Now I got a couple of questions:
- Isn't +1 gem levels alone already superior to +2 bow gem levels in a 6L because of Empower?
- What is a realistic b/o price for a white lvl 68 6L bow?
- What is a realistic b/o price for a blue lvl 68 6L +1 gem levels bow?
- What are the odds of getting +2 (or +1) bow gem levels from regaling?
- Can I increase the chance for getting these prefixes by master enchanting a suffix before regaling?
- If the regaling fails, how much can I still sell it for?
- Should I rather sell the bow in the current state or attempt the regal?

1. It is but not with much, unless Empower is leveled to give +2.
Edit: Nvm, PA is better by levels than support, so whatever gives u the most PA level is the best

4. I know that 60-120 for alts, should be same for regal.
5. U alrdy have 2 affixes and that's max on a magic item, u need to regal it in order to be able to master craft it.
6. Atleast the same amount as u bought it, minimum.
7. I would've regaled it, if it misses. I would have scoured and then spam alts for +2 bow gems. If I somehow would manage to get +1 all gems again, I would've done the same.
About the gems, atleast I would have vaaled until I got level 21. It is to expensive to 20q all first.

Level 1 empower gives no additional level to gems so that bow + empower level 1 is only +1 not +2.
ok i did it lol
bought a bad one for 2ex first divine and bäm ...
now i just overpushed my resistances almost all over 200(normal) without purity .. are there any non resist uniques i should consider ?

It's not a requirement at all, it's QoL stuff. In fact, I don't have a Carcass Jack yet and I'm running a 21/0 PA just fine.
If you want to go for 21 first, then 21/20 after, feel free. It's not a critical thing.

There seems to be some confusion regarding the whole +1 versus +2 potency thing so I'm going to answer that definitively, first.
+1 all gems is equivalent to a +2 bow gems as long as you're running Empower level 1 in the +1 all gems. Proof:
PA level 20 in a +2 bow gems bow = PA level 22. With Empower level 1, still PA 22. With Empower level 2, it's PA 23.
PA level 20 in a +1 all gems bow = PA level 21. But with Empower level 1, it's PA level 22 (since Empower **becomes** level 2 in a +1 all gems bow). So, it's equivalent as long as you're running Empower.
To answer your other questions:
- White 6L bow - 6ex
- White 6L bow with +1 all gems - 7ex (expectation of 240ish alts to get +1).
- Increase chances for prefixes by enchanting: marginally, yes. It's almost an insignificant boost, but it will help.
- Fail regal = still 7ish ex.
Odds of regalling (and a discussion as to why you probably shouldn't try crafting +3 yourself):

As for other uniques, nope, Just the andy/Ventors combo with Goldwyrm, Carcass, Drillneck. Nothing else benefits the build, but with that ring and that roll now if you're willing to drop life off gloves, you can run Aurseize for gloves now, I believe.
