My character tab is public now

Can you tell me what should i change with my arc ? Except armour and gems becouse i works on it with my chroma :)

@DrRainyday: For lower maps it should work, but i'd highly recommend to update all slots with no/low life rolls asap. You can casually do prophecies in the meantime and might get a Jeweller's Touch to 5L your Pledge, if not keep that upgrade until after you've bought some life gear.

@strongy3: You're simply too low level to make Kitava's work yet. Arcs base mana cost goes up with gem level, that together with support gems will be enough to get past the 100 mana cost treshold.

Not sure why your BL doesn't trigger Kitava's, it should be able to. Are you sure it never does it at all? The chance is only 30% to proc so it won't always be consistent.

@freken: Put movespeed on boots with Tora, use a Basalt flask and roll your flasks and use some jewels, most likely going to need Fevered Mind for Kitava's.

This is my first character, and this guide has been amazing.

Under "Leveling your character; Act 4", I don't understand the purpose of linking Bone offering with Desecrate and Faster casting. I understand that the corpses from Desecrate can be used for Bone Offering, but unless I missed something, I don't have any minions that are affected by Bone Offering. Also, I don't understand the purpose of Faster Casting in this case.

And, other than Arcane Surge, can I level skills past 8?

Thanks for the reply. Should I also look to replacing Doedre's Scorn sometime soon? I have a piece of gear ready to replace it with but wasn't sure if the unique's effects are decent enough to sacrifice some life.

The Mistress of Sacrifice from Necromancer ascendancy lets Bone Offering also affect your character. :)

Hello,I'm a new player and this post helped me a lot,thank you very much.
There is a question,if i use Kaom's Heart and two Pledge of Hands for arc and single-target spell,
Storm Burst can't be effected by spell echo so i can only choose Ball Lightning or Lightning Tendrils, Pledge of Hands provide spell echo so what's the best choice for the one more gem？

playing this build for 2 weeks and i think i pretty much reached the end of ur guide. i would like to know how to continue from here to improve a little more.

if i check on offensive tab arc no buffs its like 40k when i stand in a city. almost doubles while in battle.
is that each lightning or how do i calculate my total or compare to ur build.

@Freedom35: MirainaBlackhart already answered the Bone Offering question, so i'll just cover the rest: Faster Casting was a suggestion by someone here in the guide, who found it easier to keep up Bone Offering at bosses with it while our cast speed is still low during storyline.
Only Arcane Surge needs to stay at Lv8 to reliably proc it later on, all other skills except CwDt + Immortal Call can be leveled up.

@DrRainyday: Better replace it asap, the damage increase isn't high enough to justify its lack of life, or missing out on Kitava's Thirst.

@angel1fairy: Don't worry, your english is better than you probably think :)
Added Lightning Damage would be the best choice for both spells as 6th link. Elemental Focus technically adds more DPS but you lose the ability to shock, maybe worth on some targets like Shaper if it's even possible with the build.

@IngwioVerdin: Only improvements i can see right now are a Basalt Flask instead of Rotgut, 21/20 Arc & Ball Lightning and a 45% reduced Ball Lightning Proj Speed enchant on Kitava's, although there aren't any on market so you'd have to farm for it. Currently trying this myself but no luck yet.

Ball Lightning hits every 200ms, to calculate your total DPS take the DPS value you get in Path of Building and fill out the calculator on the wiki. With my current setup i get to about 300k Shaper DPS without shock, 360k if i'd get my hands on a 21/20 BL and Lv4 Empower.

How does this build perform against Shaper/Uber Atziri? I've been eyeing it since I started PoE but never got around to trying it :V
