I bought kitava's thirst and put all the gems u have on yours. I also have fevered mind to "proc" it but it doesnt seem to proc. Am i doing something wrong? arc costs 80mana to shoot currently and I was wondering if I needed to level arc more to cost over 100. Its weird because my ball lightning costs 120 and it doesnt proc off that either

@IngwioVerdin: I use Wrath in the videos. DPS values are pretty irrelevant as it depends on many things. Dunno my ingame tooltips, according to PoB my Arc is at 150k against white mobs with 0% res, 220k with shock, and each Ball Lightning bolt is at 19k/28k for normal bosses and 16k/25k for shaper/guardians. twitch.tv/enkivt

Sorry but I dont understand the "Cast when damage taken support" with an aura, and a totem.

Why do you come to the Point that "Arcane Surge" has to be level 8? It needs 41 Mana to proc and Bone Offering and Flame Dash never get to this point(33/30 Manacost)...?

@Devaniti: I personally prefer the small cast & movespeed bonus, Practical Application is pretty unreliable since it's only while casting and only 40% chance.
That said, if you really need both Str and Dex or want the small stun protection i can't really stop you from taking it. @Jonnywar: Sounds like you didn't link Inc Duration to that setup, or the gems are extremely low level. twitch.tv/enkivt

" Inc Duration is a support gem with a mana multiplier, which will raise the mana cost of both skills high enough. twitch.tv/enkivt
