Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page

thnx for the build, I had a arc whitch from I think delve league, and this was a good revival of it, one question how do I sustain my hp when I use RF?
Could use some advice with my gear, im sitting at 4562 HP, 1245 ES, 6581 unreserved mana (7095 total mana), and It feels like my DPS is falling off and struggling against maven regen buff and red maps in general. I also have wierd moments where my character is doing the cast animation but nothing happens, and moments where my mana just stops regening altogether in the middle of a fight. anyways heres my gear:

Spoiler

A few obvious upgrades I already know: Better belt, this one was a cheap one i picked up early to round out stats. Also adding quality to my rings/amulet I know. Beyond that Im just feeling kinda stuck.
well i wont be the only one to say - build isnt viable till heavy lategame, if u cant invest like 30 ex atm, u should try something different, necro maybe?xD. as far as ive expirienced it, build lacks survivability too much.

Well, i had to come here and see the amount of players in the same situation as mine to understand.

I'm at roughly 4.5m dps, 5 golems, every res maxed, chaos at 62, 7k mana and roughly 4.5k hp.

I invested all i had in this build and it went just fine up until T14-15 where i get one shotted by just about everything.

It's a fun build to play but lacks A LOT of survivability and now my season is probably over because i have no more currencies left...

Need some assistance. I got my Cloak of Defiance 6 linked and now damage is pretty good, which is quite fortunate because the 5L craft I was saving to fix it if the fusings failed was actually a 5 socket craft and that would have been bad. I can run regular RF and am getting about 5.4m DPS. Survivability seems a bit better but it is still not great. My biggest problem is that mana is just instantly gone, between damage taken and a cast or two of arc it's simply gone. I am saving up for a good belt with mana recovery but even then I can't imagine it's going to be great. Mana pool of 9.2k and regen of 4.7k but it just doesn't seem to come back very quickly at all and I don't know why.

Hi, sorry for my bad english... I was having the same problem as you. I only managed to solve it when I started using it a Foreboding Flask. Just Use the flask before the fights and keep spamin. This way you will be able to maintain your mana and will save a lot of money with equipment with Mana Regen.
Hi, could you guys take a look at my character WrednaHera (https://www.pathofexile.com/account/sony/view-profile/WrednyPigeon/characters)?
Do you have any idea how to improve my witch? Im focusing now on lab enchants, better weapons (more mana) and got 2 pairs of gloves with culling strike but i have to Harvest them. I have around 4-5 ex atm. thanks in advice!
and to everyone who is short on mana remember when u use dash u get also % to regen

This is about the most uniques I can cram into this build without suffering some kind of debilitating resistance loss. Wrath is so nuts in this build, my DPS doubled from yesterday!
Might have been asked already but A) how come we don't use pledge of hands and B) how does this build fair on boss fights and on the maven encounter?

Currently I'm CoC Cyclone Assassin which is AMAZING for farming, but for boss fights... not so much.

A - It can be used and it can pump out damage, the play style is just a bit different and the guide is tailored to helping new players from Act 1. If used it would require a substantial respec but there are builds on POE Ninja showing how it can be done.

B - Damage is good but it is extremely rippy. You do more damage the more mana you spend but damage you take is taken from mana so both damage and likelihood of death both peak at the exact same time. If you can get the mana regen up high enough then it will be better but at the moment I cannot figure out how to do that. I don't have a ton of currency into the build yet and perhaps with more min maxing it will get better but it doesn't seem to be close to the Necro build from last league.

The guide and build accomplish the goal of helping new players and getting them to the end game but then it becomes frustratingly rippy. I think for those of us that play many hours per league there might be a better way forward and once I can get some currency saved up I think I am going to try one of the PoH builds on POE Ninja. For the more casual player I think it is a great build and guide.
