What's your ES at? My one-shot troubles went away when I got the Queen's Hunger chest. With the right offering procs I can get 3k ES with excellent recharge when combined with the Soul Tether belt.

If you use Loreweave or a chest that isn't as strong ES-wise I think you'll have to find ways to compensate with more ES on the rest of your gear, overall feels like high ES is incredibly valuable for this build right now.

Thanks. that makes sense, as soul tether is magical. it seems like damage while leeching on the gloves sticks around while soul tether is equipped, which at least felt like a BIG DPS boost, can't figure out a way to measure it for sure.

I had a crappy 6L life chest so I picked up a 6L queen's hunger, which was 4ex. added +600ES so hopefully that's a big enough change, along with the offering procs, to make a difference.

(Obviously doesn't matter which 6L your Arc setup is in until you get a rare staff, which is definitely the best option at high budget.)

1. Get a Soul Tether with 10% increased ES corruption.
2. Quality on unique flasks!!
3. Watcher's Eye (you'll be ready for it with 1 more level!).
4. Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support.
5. Max quality on Energy Leech, Inspiration, all golems (and corrupt for level 21!), Increased Critical Strikes, and Faster Attacks.
6. Empower with golem setup (move Desecrate and drop Fortify or Critical Strikes or whatever).
7. Better gloves with more ES and, ideally, block chance (Elder).
8. Amulet is good, but not worth losing an anointment over.

Moving on to the more expensive upgrades:
1. Rare staff with max + level to lightning/all skill gems, +1 to level of support gems, and other mods per Enki's guide.
2. Rare Shaper's Vaal regalia per Enki's guide.

Mmmm, I have a question, isn't better use Elemental Proliferation Support instead of Inspiration Support? I mean, for more clear speed because if u shock 1 enemy, it spreads to all of them and that means a lot o more damage.

Once you have most of the pieces of this build in place, clear-speed is not really an issue. There are options other than Inspiration for sure, but if you're going to replace it with something, it has to be as good or better for single-target damage.

Also, dropping Inspiration will increase the mana cost of Arc by 50%, so be careful of your mana pool!

The +2 to level is global, so it doesn't matter.

FYI - it seems you can now only summon 1 golem at a time, so part of this build is no longer possible :(
