Enki's Arc Witch - dead for now

Hello, I play on Playstation and I don't have a computer to keep by my side to keep track of builds, so is there some way to put the path of building into POEmate?

So whilst I was leveling with this build I realized that energy shield leech doesn't do much "leeching".

So I went to check my character stats and realized that max. energy shield leech per sec is capped at 43.

So when I head back into PoB to see the full tree, no points was given to nodes that increase max. ES recovery per sec from leeching.

So my question is, is this gonna affect my survivability and ES leech in end game maps?

So far in the melee builds I play if I gonna utilise life leech, I would definitely put some point in that.

I have two questions. First one is regarding Arc Level 21 Gem. It seems we don't care about the quality of this gem. Why is that? Is this a mistake or is it because we use three dragons which actually changes the damage to cold?


Second question or more kind of asking for advice is regarding my character and fighting Drox. I have serious issues fighting him even for the first gem. I have the other 3 but for him I get really fast till 1/3 of his hp down and then everything goes bad. He and his creeps seems quite tanky and can't do much. This is my profile https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Ap0calypt1c/characters and I use the ApoMethaArc for this right now. Obviously I still need to get my gems to the right levels but what else I can work on improve really fast to help me with him. I am getting the Basalt/Rumi's Concoction flask soon.

I think this is what is providing the ES leech

I have 1800 ES and it gets to full in like 2 seconds of casting arc.

You are correct, Three Dragons prevents us from applying Shock from our spells and all quality does on Arc is increase shock chance, so it is a waste to get quality on your Arc gem.

I haven't gotten to Drox yet so I can't answer that part, sorry. Also it says your profile is set to private so I can't see your character.

Thanks for the gem answer. As for the privacy settings this is strange as I just checked and it looks like everything saying Hide something is unchecked which by my understanding means everything is visible. I also opened the link that I provided and I can see my character in incognito mode browser (without being logged in). Maybe it is something on your side.

Can you, please, add a short section to the guide explaining the stats priority and what we should look for?

I am not sure if I should choose something with +x Intelligence or better 2 or 3 stats like Adds x to y cold / fire dmg to attacks

He actually covers that in the gearing section of the guide. Just pick the one for the budget you're on, and each slot has a spoiler that includes the stats you should keep an eye out for, in order of priority.

Hey, I just got to endgame and now I found Belt that sounds pretty nice? What do you guys say is it worth till I get the ones mentioned?

Hey you're right, I can see it now. Not sure what the issue was before. Ok well I am not the most experienced player but I will attempt to give you gear advice.
This is assuming you aren't SSF, if you are none of this will apply. I think you'll end up with more DPS from your staff if you switch it to a 5-link Agnerod West. You can get a non linked one for cheap and then buy a Jeweler's Touch to 5L it for fairly cheap also.

If you can save up I would also get a rare 6 link chest armor with some life and resist. I see some listed for 40c or less. Then switch your golem setup to your staff (just 4 golems + meat shield) and put the 6 link arc setup in your chest.

You don't have assassin's mark as far as I can tell. Either get a ring with assassin's mark on hit (which will be a little more expensive) or Oskarm's gloves.

Your amulet is not anointed. You can get some DPS increase from doing one of the anoinments listed in the guide, I think the cheapest is just a few chaos.

The Soul Tether belt is cheap and also gives a lot of defense as the energy shield leech is pretty big.

Your clarity is lvl 19 also, which is pretty high. I am assuming you may be having mana issues. You should swap that one out for a vendor one and only level it to 8 or so. Basically figure out how much your arc spell costs and only level clarity until you have 3-5x that in unreserved mana.


That's all I can comment on for now. Make sure you are res capped as well.
