You never offered a healthy discussion. You proposed an absurd idea that no one with a GED would even recommend.

Please, for the sake of everyone, wait until after the patch to see if your build is "ruined".

GGG has been pretty good at buffing/nerfing things to make the game more consistent. People are quick to read nerfs and assume that their build is destroyed, when in reality they're still strong, just not as strong as they were before.
