its really not the case man. I appreciate how you feel, don't get me wrong Im not unsympathetic but theres many ways of looking at things and I think your missing theother side of it. Most stuff is cheaper in standard than it is in the 4 month temp softcores. Standard is an easier league to play for everyone in it due to the item situation there. The extreme items on standard that cost crazy amounts just dont exist in other leagues. You are actually limited in the new leagues, not standard, because standard has a better quality of items and the basic entry level items are so cheap theyre often vendored because the general level of items in standard is so extreme.

There are good reasons to start a new league if you are a new player. But try buying a goldrim for 1 chaos on day one of a new league. Go to standard and you can get goldrims for a chaos all day, Ill sell you one if I havent vendored them all. You go uber trade pimp, get your 200ex together and want to mirror that new tri res, top tier rolls Saintly Chainmail? Oh sry, you can only do that in standard because that level of item wont exist in a new league. From top to bottom you have more options in standard trade wise. Youre not limited by legacy uniques, they dont spawn in new leagues, they only exist in old leagues so you are either in a trade environment where you have access to them or you dont, its safe to say its easier to get them in the league where they actually exist.




If you measure yourself against the game you are better off in standard, if you measure youself against other people then ya you are screwed, but thats not a broken game or a broken economy, thats the reality of walking in on a permanent league 1 year in.

If you want a game thats worth playing for 1000s of hours you need to accept people whove played 1000s of hours more than you will have better gear. Thats a sign of a great game, you should be happy that this game still has 1000s of hours of play left for you.

What worries me the most is the constant changes to the passive nodes.

Are we just going to get used to a full character reset every 2-3 months so you have to rework your build... its very very short term based in such a long term game..

lol, nerfing rarity will only get you LESS currency (less rares to vendor).

What you want is called BUFF to overall drop rates and that will never happen. With new changes, now you'll get less items than ever before, enjoy it man! ;)

Dude. 1st of all I think you don't realy get concept of constant progress of single character (or 2-3 max) over years. In such a messed up perma league it become comedy mixed with madness and masochism. 2nd, yes mirrors are worth that much NOW, some legacy items as well. And prices will go up when the limit is ''sh*t whye I should buy it with X exalts? I will be probably successful crafting it myself''. Legacy Aegis 300 ex soon just becasue it's powerfull build enabler like kaoms heart and legacy version of it is 2x better.

And please spare me lesson about 'what should I do or how many hours should i play to obtain best/legacy items''. I already have most of I need. But it deosn't mean I endorse how ggg treat Standard players or deliver random nerfs/buffs. Just look at the history(and future) of Rainbowstrides. It says all. lol

Overall, the changes are underwhelming. I guess we're all expected to play MF summoners or something.
