Thanks for the notes lot of good changes and some things will be missed. I'm excited to start Open Beta and never have to worry about character wipes. :)

What does this mean if you've already created to many characters? Does it delete random characters until you're at the base amount of 24?

I dont think it will be random. It will be deleting characters starting from the bottom of your character list I belive. Until you have 24 characters left. Thats how I understood it.

Bandits really giving up some good rewards. an extra Endurance charge would mean I could potentially save up to 3 points in the skilldrasil to get one.

Just saw that you changed it so that reclaiming visual effects is free, unbelievably awesome.
I think it would be totally justifiable to have to pay to modify your items.

Glad to see yet again that GGG always values the players opinions, even enough to lose themselves some easy money.

I will definitely be purchasing at least 50$ of microtransaction points now, I feel like you guys totally deserve it.
