Is Anarchy league a hardcore league? Or is it a softcore league? Or can you choose one way or the other? I'm new to anything other than default/standard.

Last time I checked Kripp is not a dev.

But he has alpha, doesn't he?

I opened PoE as every evening for last half a year, I fired up auras and... unlike as usual, I just Alt-Tab'bed and I'm standing in the city for last 2 hours.

Finally, I get out town just to be killed in Spider Lair as effect of ONE SCREEN TWO WALLS DESYNC, I even didn't know that you can desync so much after playing this game for almost half a year.

No, I don't like this patch and I'm not going to support further GGG until they don't use that money for fixing REAL problems, not just for not necessary meddling with numbers.

I was planning EB build for Anarchy league, now I put it on shelf, as EB builds are endangered by this "patch".

Fortunately, there will a lot of occasion to rest in summer from Path of Desyncs...

Anticipation slowly dissipates...
i hope the life bars really made it into the patch - missing it in the notes :o

They are in the notes.

Features:

*A party leader can choose an item allocation mode for the party: Free for All, Short Allocation or Permanent Allocation. This is applied to new areas as they are created and is locked in for that area. If you join a party and find that it has an area open with a different mode than the party is currently set to, then just wait for the next area or find a different party.
*In all item allocation modes, normal rarity (white) Maps permanently allocate to the creator of the Map area.
*There are now options to display mini life bars on allies and/or enemies.

As a melee player, I say thanks!
~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.

Well it's a good job theres some testing room in between the patch going live and the league starting to test it out.

Love how everyone is jumping to conclusions.

He does, but that doesn't mean that he's allowed to talk about anything that hasn't been officially released by the devs.

Kripparrian is bound by the same NDA as the rest of the alpha testers.

So if he says something that isn't confirmed by the devs, you can either assume he's vaguely hinting or breaching the NDA.

The latter will get him banned from Alpha.

I don't think he wants that.
And they said *I* was bad at PoE. At least I made it out of act 1 and know how to use the /dnd function. El oh fucking el.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.
Any major rebalance will elicit a lot of cries from lazy kids that don't understand the danger of power creep for the long-term longevity of a game. If your build dominates the metagame then you can expect a nerf in the future from any team that actually cares about build diversity and meaningful challenge in their game.

But obviously you won't put thought into why something is nerfed or buffed, or read every other change that is related to it. You'll latch to one word in one sentence and begin writing your angry comment. If you decide to quit the game over that, good riddance, I enjoy playing games more when there are less idiots.
