Issue here is as simple as can be. Shock is a broken mechanic. A) Redo it with a different effect. B) Remove stacking, 40% increased damage is already silly as fuck. Chris, with the changes to the reward for the Bandit quest on Cruel (where Krait now gives 8% increased attack speed) will players that have already made their choice be given the option to revisit these quest and change our decision? 8% increased attack speed for a lot of specs are WAY better than just 1 passive node. Would really appreciate an answer on this one! Other than that, the patch looks really good. I can't even begin to imagine how much work that has gone into all that.
