Got here with a link from another games forum to the Dev Diary Article about (non)MMOS (= And I'm totally hooked, being a huge D2 (hardcore) fan I can say that from what I see now PoE appeals to me much much more than the coming D3. I love the overall concept of NOT making things easy as well as giving players many choices with the various planned leagues. So far it looks like about the perfect game for me with (hopefully) endless builds to explore and challenges (aiming for hardcore^^) to overcome. Also all the games that I've tried after D2 have failed to deliver that awesome random itemisation with the extremely rare items yet still varying so you always keep searching. Also most games lack the "power" of items them all being the same without unique powers like class skills, various powerful procs like D2. I havent seen much but enough to have a good feeling about this part in PoE (= I bet I sound like real fanboy the first day I discovered a game yet to be released, I dont mind ;D With fingers crossed for beta invite^^, GL to devs and players, -nermind	Posted by nermind on Apr 23, 2011, 7:24:16 PM Quote this Post
