Please fix the delirious carry-over bug. Can't progress the delirious

I can't use market and currency exchange because of the Hostile takeover quest is bugged. Fix this otherwise endgame is not fun...

A3 quest bug, cannot complete the quest, tells to go to Mystic refuge, but nothign is there

can we fix the abyss not spawning bug? cause its bricking mapping progress

If you die in a boss room before clearing the Abyss/Breach/Etc., or fail the map, it wipes the content on that map. Effectively bricking the questlines to earn you points.

Unsure who else is experiencing this bug, but when activating Charged Staff of Monk and swapping to Wyvern form with the active buff, then swapping back to human form, I do not benefit from the Charged Staff buff (i.e. no longer shooting projectiles nor gaining extra lightning damage on hit). Fixing this requires letting Charged Staff deplete to 0 seconds, replenishing while Charged Staff is active (and bugged) with more power charges does not fix and just elongates the bugged duration.

The passive point bug has not been fixed. Ps5
Also doing the final Ascendency does not give you 8 points.

Console still has no loot sounds, still showing extra skill points, Ange quest from Act4 still bugged
