Arbiter of divinity didnt unlock top atlas tree

Hello, i defeated (two times to be sure) the arbiter of divinity but it didnt unlock my top atlas tree pathing so I can make tablets rare

Same issue for both me and my brother. We killed Arbiter of Divinity as quest and the top middle section is still locked. Killed both in my hideout with me as group leader and then in his hideout with him as group leader.

I also encountered a similar issue while playing solo. After beating the boss, the atlas passive point was unclickable. I tried re-entering the instance, but the problem remained. The related node on the atlas is still locked, and I cannot continue my progression.
Besides, the mechanism to unlock all atlas passives never rose up. The unused atlas skill points were not cleared automatically as well. Now I have to farm maps repeatedly to gain points, and I really don't want to run these meaningless maps. I hope this bug can be fixed soon. |

Also softlocked killed arbiter don't have the top section unlocked
