Abyss Questline bugged

I was progressing through the Abyss quest chain and reached the map right before the actual Abyss quest. The map objective clearly shows an Abyss, but it never spawned. I killed the boss and cleared the entire map. I tried using the Tablet to force spawn it, but it was unusable. After leaving the map, I tried launching several other maps, but the tablet cannot be used to spawn the Abyss, and it doesn't spawn naturally either. Restarting didn't help. This completely blocks quest progression.

+1 on this, I am now stuck after "completing" the map, did not get to do any abyss in any of the northern wounds, had to open the map twice to clear map except for the final one of the chain which cleared after killing the map boss, cant progress that questline now

fortress, killed the map boss and ran over the entire map, no abyss, this means I am not hardlocked out of getting any more progression in it.

Same Here aswell had to double clear the maps to get points but now quest wont progress

i opened and ran the map another 3 times in case its not a 100% consistent issue. but it happened all attempts.
