For me, I think the bug occurred when I ascended for the first time. The game is telling me I have 2 passive points to spend, but I can't allocate them. I also cannot reallocate my ascendancy points. It will only allow me to select the original nodes I ascended with.

I had this issue for a little while on XBOX after respecing a few points. I removed a couple of nodes, but then I could not reallocate them. After a few attempts, I was able to spend the points on new nodes though.

I have what appears to be a visual bug of 2 passive points that either can't be spent or don't exist other than the "2" in the menu on the passive tab. It will go up to 3 when I level and I can spend one of them. The 2 has stayed and didn't appear until after 0.5b

I have a similar issue on Xbox, as well as on steam deck. For starters, I am unable to allocate passive nodes in the same instance that I received them (about 1 time in 10 I can but I have stopped trying). Then when I ascended, I allocated the ascension nodes but the points still show as if they need to be spent. Now every time I ascend it adds to the unallocated value. https://www.xbox.com/play/media/JPc5UtrpFy screen shot of the issue. Both issues persisted when I switched over to the deck.

Happened to me on both PS5 and Series X
When you ascend it shows +2 skill points, and even when you allocate them it still says you have 2 skill points If you do both ascendancy's it says +4 no matter what |
