This hotfix has caused a patch mismatch error and validation loop bug on steam!

Also stuck with authenticating then can't log in as there is a patch which I've already downloaded loop. Haven't seen anyone with a solution yet.

Lets at least be clear about what is happening. Steam isn't actually pushing the update. It isn't a matter of the update being broken. All that is happening is Steam is verifying the files, it never downloads an update. I cannot say whether this is a GGG issue, or a Steam issue.
