+to Gem Levels is omega stupid of a stat and needs to just be removed entirely across the board, aside from being on a few unique items and Maybe a maximum of +2 on Amulet.

So frustrating.


Yeah... Wish they would remove them on rares, simply because Uniques that could be very fun to use... Just simply cannot be used because they don't have +Levels on them.

I went into detail on a potential fix for this on my own forum post. Gist of the idea was to add +Levels in the passive tree. Fits perfectly too without screwing up the trees nodes.
Not gonna lie this feels like 0.4.1 patch rather than 0.5
It gonna be another 6 months of Oracle/Bloodmage cancer I guess.
Even with the ES recharge netfs, it still better to stack ES than rely on imaginary Armor Evasion. I dunno.

Was kinda hoping for small tweaks to other ascendancies too...

I've been staring at the hellhound since its 0.2 nerf thinking "what is this even for anymore?"

I was confused for a while on the logic of +All Skills but I figured it out.

It's a affix filter. Kinda like Movement Speed on boots. Makes it easier to itemize. If everyone is forced to use the same affix on their gear then that's one less variable to care about.

My favorite was probably 50% move speed reduction using Banners from 70%.
Still take 2 seconds to plant them though which was the actual problem using multiple.

They just nerf'd 90% of what players use and buffed stuff players still won't use.

It's funny to me how they didn't change almost anything on monsters. And just barely nerfed some ridiculously overtuned things related to player power but overall it's all still the same. Not to mention that the new things will probably increase overall player power anyway...

They added that some waystone prefixes/affixes increase "Effectiveness", so that's nice health improve for monsters in maps. Remains to be seen how high you can get the percentage on waystones. Like right now with 6mod waystone with rarity rolls is like 140% increased rarity max, i wonder if 6mod with effectiveness affixes is like 140% aswell.

Warriors got hit by nerfs, while overperforming classes got nothing.
CoC wasn't nerfed, but Comet gets nerfed damage. Why? Why not just nerf CoC?
Chayla only gets +5% buff for leech when the leech was reworked into a slightly weaker mechanic than before.

We are expected to play another 6-7 months with exactly the same class meta that we had in the past 6 months, with the exception that already bad ascendancies got nerfed even more.
This game is never going to be fun, is it?

you're right CoC wasn't nerfed, but the current life leech meta was. Blood mage and other classes using the Covenant armour are nerfed.
Can you even coc without converting skill cost into life? I tried a little bit (not that much tbf) and wasn't able to sustain mana, not even close, especially against bosses
