Depressing patch notes

Didn't remove or nerf +level of Spells.

Only very slightly tapped down from +7/5 to +5/4 for other skill bonuses.
Really depressing.

+to Gem Levels is omega stupid of a stat and needs to just be removed entirely across the board, aside from being on a few unique items and Maybe a maximum of +2 on Amulet.

So frustrating.

They took an easy way out on skill levels. Instead of adjusting every single skill damage or output on each level they adjusted how many levels you can have. I get it. Thats alot of work when they can make a few minor changes. Get over it....

So it wasn't just me missing it, pretty wild they hit +attack skills, but not + spell skills?.... pretty meh overall, no big changes or fixes to general game play (not that any were announced or expected).

If you like managing a flood of items in your limited inventory space though, and porting back and forth to town in the middle of the action, this patch is a big win for you.

+3 still being available on amulets is very disappointing. also spells should be the same with +5 two handed max and +4 one handed max

It has been a problem for a year and a half. It is not that complicated. But yes, I agree they took the easy way out again on one of the most important parts.
Oh it gets worse, they also nerfed enegy shield this patch.

And made deflection chance capped. It is now just rng. which makes evasion stacking a bad defensive layer

basically EVERYTHING got nerfed
+levels is still mandatory on every slot. That's pretty boring IMO.
Doesn't matter if you have a really really good piece of gear, if its missing this affix it's be for trash.
They nerfed the numbers but didn't solve the issue.
